Fries were rubbery and about 1/3rd full of batter from fried chicken, and whoever was calling out the orders was saying so in a normal tone of voice. Nobody was hearing him. Rootbeer and the burger were excellent though!
Waited nearly 5 minutes at the register before I was acknowledged. Ordered a chicken sandwich. When my order came up receipt on bag said it was a chicken sandwich. In the bag was a cheeseburger. No big deal, let them know about the mistake. Girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and walked away without a word. I assumed she was going to make a chicken sandwich but 20 minutes later burger was still sitting on the counter and still no chicken sandwich. I left, had to get back to work. Wouldn't recommend.
My wife and I ate here a few times last year and the burgers were so good. Service was pretty standard at times and excellent other times. I hope they open another one by Rushmore Crossing!!!
Took 45 minutes to get 3 burgers sides and sodas...still got the order wrong. We ended up being there for an hour to get a correct order. The burger was warm but dry and only had mustard and pickles. I will NOT attempt to get food there again!
Worst fast food experience ever…I wouldn’t even call it fast food. First we go up to the counter to order our food. The boys working just sat on there phones directly in front of us for a good 3 minutes while we waited to order our food we finally got to order and then we waited for 30 minutes for our mini corn dogs and chicken strips while one of the guys was googley eyeing his girl friend and made sure she got her food before us. After the 30 minutes we finally got our food and they still forgot our drinks. So then after they forgot our drinks and what we got we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks and then finally got them…over 40 minutes for burnt food. Horrible service and will never be back.
As I do come to this location a few times a year. Today was the worst atmosphere I have ever seen. The older woman who I am assuming is the manager started publicly berating an employee about talking too loudly. Than proceeded to walk behind the counter while eating what looked to be a brownie while leaning against a counter talking down to employees and giving them tasks. Please note I dont care of someone is eating out in the open. Or telling the employees to do a task. The issue I have is berating and talking down to employees in view of customers. It is unprofessional and embarrassing to employees. Please keep that private for both the employees and the look of the restaurant.
Some of the best fast food around! Shelly the manager took our order and had it out quickly! I highly recommend A&W for quality food on the go! Way better than any fast food joint around here!
The food was delicious and hot. Highly recommend eating here. Staff friendly and young working hard. Great to see!!
