I stopped at the drive thru for a quick burger because I was traveling on the interstate. When I pulled up about 9:00 pm, I ordered 2 chicken sliders. The guy said it would take about 5 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I said no I was in a rush to get moving and I ordered a burger. When I pulled up to pay, someone was in front of me paying. Then it took 7 minutes for them to give him his food. When I pulled up to pay, they acted like I was not there for another couple of minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Why didn't he tell me in the first place that the guy in front of me ordered something that was going to take 7 minutes? Especially after I told him I was in a hurry. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand that sometimes it will take awhile to get my food, but why didn't the server tell me that? This kid could care less that I was there. I really try to give fast food places the benefit of the doubt when I review them, but this A&W was horrible. I definitely would recommend you drive a few miles down the freeway and stop in Ontario or Caldwell. Any place would be better than the service you'll get from this restaurant.
I was originally told that I'd have to wait 7 minutes for the mini corndogs and cheese curds, since I didn't have a choice to get out, (blocked in front and behind) I said I guess that's fine just for the cheese curds to be either frozen in the middle or completely exploded. It was like half and half on that. The guy at the drive thru seemed overwhelmed or something and was kinda rude when I had to ask him for dip and my drink that comes with meal. I've learned my lesson and I'll just stick to the other A&Ws around here. Couldn't even eat the mini corn dogs either they seemed like they were sitting in oil all day ????
Fast friendly service and a tasty burger! Just what I was looking for. I didn't go in so I'm not sure how it looked inside but from the drive thru window it looked nice enough.
Every time I come to the Fruitland location, it’s closed… even though their hours of operation say 9 PM. It’s so odd to me that they would just close whenever they want.
I'm from New York i had no idea A&W was even a restaurant until I got out west. The mushroom Swiss burger is absolutely fantastic ????
Fly infestation. Dead flies everywhere. You're eating and flies are flying in front of your face and on you on your food. It's disgusting
Will never go to this location again, only because they won't let their employees use the restroom inside the building, they are forced to use a portajohn by the deisel pumps.
I went through the drive thru and a coney dog and a float. I waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru only to get the wrong order. They gave me the order belonging to the people behind me. So, my food was warm, not hot. I wish they wouldn't microwave the hotdogs bun. It makes it chewy and hard to eat. It still tasted great.
