Ordered a hotdog and chili cheese fries. My husband had to go back because they forgot my hot dog. Just as we are seating down to have dinner, I realize that they sent the hotdog with NOTHING! No ketchup, no mustard, just a plain winnie that looks to have just been taken out of water. I got lucky it was in a piece of bread. Fine! I said, I’ll eat my chili fries only to find out these were supposed to be my fries! A mixture of french fries, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cheese! I’m sorry but is this a joke?? Needless to say I lost my appetite. Never again!
I want to know why this A&w charges $7 for a large shake and $7 for a large fry when the location off of Bellevue and federal charges $5 for each as does the one of Kipling and Jewell. It was 30$ for two lg shakes and 2 lg fries
Excellent service, awesome manager and delicious food served to order. Their fried chicken was great quality and tasted fresh. 5/5.

The floor was unbelievably sticky and there was trash and crumbs throughout the lobby.
The service wasn't bad. But the restaurant was not clean restroom was discussing. I got the bacon burger I didn't know the burgers were that flat if they are but it was flat I felt like I was eating a BLT and it was dry... The fry's was the only thing I got that were fresh. I probably would come back for fry's and a drink but I'm good on everything else.
I had the worst drive-through experience here and A&W used to be my favorite place to get fast food. The workers are young and extremely disrespectful to the point where I considered driving away and not even waiting for my food. Such a shame.. they need to train their employees better and educate them on customer service and basic respect.
