Best WLM Reviews
I went through the drive thru and I was the only customer there. The staff did not seem very happy to help. I ordered 3 papa burgers, one without cheese. I got up to the window and decided to add another papa burger which I figured wouldn't be a big deal since I was their only customer. The girl at the window told what I assume is the cook and I heard a female voice say "are you serious?" I looked right at the girl at the window, laughed and said "yes, I'm serious". Before I left, I asked them if they gave me one burger without cheese and they confirmed. I got to the office and, of course, all burgers had cheese. It seems like very lazy staff at this store. They would rather no customers come so they don't have to do anything. I have read other reviews and from the look of things...they might get their wish and also be out of a job. If the store owner is wondering why this store isn't doing very well I think you have your answer. Hire staff that actually want to work and appreciate having a job, probably hard to find in these times of everyone feeling entitled.
Let’s start with the person vaping on the floor behind the registers in front of the food.
Two out of three of the chili cheese dogs were wrong with no cheese. After we ask for them to be corrected, the employee taking out order leaded over the counter to ‘correct’ is on what we ordered. Stated A4 comes with cheese but we didn’t order that. Oddly enough, we all ordered the same thing. Four identical meals.
Told 7 minute wait for wings. After 15 minutes and going inside told another 8 minutes because they didn't start my food. After 42 minutes I finally received my food. Not understaffed at all. Lied to at least 6 people who also had the exact same issue during my 45 minute stay. DO BETTER
Food and Root Beer is delicious, and the staff is nice, but they get something wrong with my order every time. I would still recommend.
Best root beer floats ever, great food. Love that it's connected to KFC and you can order off both menus. Service was fast and food was fresh!
Listen to how nasty this store is: after messing up my kids burger I gave it back to them. I watched the guy making burgers to make sure they made it again the way I ordered. As i watched, they took the meat OFF my son's returned food and slapped it onto another person's burger at the drive through! I kid you not. No one answered the customer service number so I'm leaving this review to warn you all before you get food poisoning. Also the diner smells like sewage. Really gross ????
I was just told to leave this restaurant because my service animal was not wearing her vest. The older lady told me she's not allowed in the store without physically wearing a service animal vest/tag. That is not true it is up to the discretion of the owner, legally. For all she knows I was a diabetic and did not have time to look for her vest bc of a sugar crash. Luckily that was not the reason.
The female manager from Madera was completely awesome. She cares not about her customers but most importantly her coworkers. She's completely a manager that every company should have. She's amazing.
