I have ordered through door dash the last two days and they screwed up my ordered both days, on the same item. I don't understand how fast food workers think they need to make over $20 and hour when they can't even read instructions/orders properly. And to mess up the same items both days is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have a sick kid at home I would've 100% driven down there and had them correct it but I don't have the option to leave. So good on yall, I guess ????????
Didn't have an option for zero rating, so had give a one that so over rated for this restaurant.
Service: very poor n slow. 30 minute wait for a small order.
Employee was rude and just sitting in the lobby.
No reason for 30 minute wait there was no one else in the lobby.
Order it for dine in, order was bought out to in to go bags .
Atmosphere: all tables were dirty.
Food: cold .
Save your time n money go else where!!!
UPDATE: Management answered my review and there has been Root Beer available every visit, even on free root beer float day!!Love the Tuesday Papa burger deal and drive thru nearly every week but the last four times they have been out of root beer for the night. Staff is friendly and apologized but maybe extra root beer should be made on Tuesday considering the special includes a drink
I ordered a chili cheese dog and they served the 6 customers who ordered chickem buckets behind me. How do you wait 30 mins for a chili cheese dog? This is PATHETIC! And they Still got the order wrong and put onions on my chili dog. Microwave yourseldf hot dog or cook yourself a burger. They ignore you for the KFC menu!
Went tonight to get dinner to go for 5 people. The lobby was closed. A fourth of the parking lot was iced over like they might have had a water issue. I waited a good 15+ minutes for my order, which is fine considering. They forgot part of the order but returned promptly with it. 5 minute drive home and all the food was cold as if it had been refrigerated. I was confused as I had waited 15+ minutes so I assumed they were cooking it but clearly not. I did call and say something. Whoever I talked with said I could bring it back and they would cook it fresh as it had probably been sitting there for awhile…. told me all I needed to know. Won’t be going back and sure didn’t want to return to do it all over again.
Who doesn't have rootbeer at 7pm at night? They are known for their rootbeer. Common people!
Went in today 5/6/2022, the employees are a joke. There were 4 of us the employees had every order screwed up wrong food wrong person missing items added items that weren’t ordered. The clown at the register then had the audacity to argue with us. We asked about the food we ordered and he argued with us saying you didn’t order that, us yes we did I think we remember what we ordered. We were not the only ones he argued with either he argued with all the customers. Very incompetent crew of employees. What should have been a 10 minute visit turned into almost 45 minutes. Will never go back.
I will never go back to this place. We went in on 8/6/18 around 9:00 p.m. I would admit that we took a little longer in the order line then we probably should be but we were pretty unfamiliar with their menu. The young lady behind the counter started was impatient and became visually irritated by us asking questions.
Once we placed our order. We set and waited for our food. We ended up waiting 16 minutes and seen two other customers order after us and receive their food before us. After about ten minutes it became clear that the crew was more interested in playing around then doing their job. After the same young lady brought us our food and was walking away, she through her hands up with the peace sign and said peace out and returned to messing around with the other crew members.
Our food was looked nasty. The fries was old and greasy. The cheese curds was burnt to a crisp. We did not even open our burgers. By this point we were done with this place. We went and asked for our money back. The shift manager was unapologetic for our bad experience. She even admitted that our bad experience was because they are within an hour of closing and the crew was ready to get off work.
With both my wife and I, in the food service industry I would never allow my crew to act this way. It was way unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
