Best WLM Reviews
The burgers are always good, but what really stands out is the staff. Every time I come through, they are so friendly!! Shout out to Brenda for hiring such a great team!
I have worked across the street from the location on 10220 w Colfax. Every time I go through the drive through no matter how busy they are the staff is always friendly, professional, and clean! It seems like anymore alot of the fast food restaurants just don't care and the staff looks like just crawled out of bed and most are rude, but not here, they are great and always get my food right even if I special order something!
Thank you!
It's hit or miss as to the correct temperature of the food and the politeness of the drive-up staff. Overall, it is good as my food orders have been correct each time.
I frequently get something quick as I live pretty close. I disagree with all the 1 star reviews. Deandre and Brenda have always given top notch quality service with a smile and a timely fashion. The food is great but the service will keep me and my friends coming back.
We visited this A&W and was very impressed. The place was clean and and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The manager checked in with everyone in the store and was helping the staff in any way they could.
I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 x 3 pcs combos. Sadly I had to wait for the root beer to be refilled, but I was patient. I wasn't sure what was taking so long so I went inside and they told me they were refilling the keg. I learned something new today. Their rootbeer is actually made in store and isn't just a box of syrup. The GM was super friendly and made sure I left with two full large root beers since I was patient. Hats off to the GM and the crew for being willing to help and friendly!
Place is disgustingly filthy...I usually get drive thru but decided to stop and have lunch inside. It's less than 30 minutes after they opened and clearly not even the counter had been cleaned from the day before. Every table & chair has food debris ???? and around the drink station is so bad my shoes were sticking to the ground
EXCEPTIONAL customer service!
Me and my buddy stopped in after a fishing trip, and the lady behind the counter was the epitome of friendliness and delightful to order from. I’m not sure her name, but she has short hair and an attitude that is guaranteed to leave you with a smile. 10/10 recommend - the food was yummy! Thank you for a great experience ♥️
