Came here at 5:30ish and Renee took my order. She was very polite and respectful. And I had a KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with some fries and my Gf had a Famous Bowl with a Bacon Cheeseburger. Everything was cooked perfectly. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Cedar Springs about 9 months ago and I’m happy to say I’ve never been disappointed. ????
I asked what the daily special was, as all aw restaurants have a daily special. Drive thru attendant said we don't do that here. I ordered off the full price menu. Got to the window and saw a sign that said 2 for $3 coneys. She should of mentioned that when I asked. Can't fix stupid.
This A&W/KFC was the perfect stop for my road trip, and the service was great. But the A&W root beer float was definitely a highlight. Overall, it was a good place to stop for lunch
Lots of interesting people in an and w, good food. Just wish that they used real cheese on the hot dogs. 5 star on the root beer in the frozen mug.
This is a KFC - A & W combo.
It was not busy inside, they did have a steady stream of business in the drive-thru. We went inside, but took our food to go. My parents & I receive the KFC coupons by text. My parents tried to order the 3 piece chicken box with 2 sides for $7.99. The staff had no idea how to give this deal, so they were charged the full price of $11.99. The staff kept telling my mom that she needed a paper coupon. After receiving the food, we see that directly across from where the order was taken, the window has a $5 deal very similar to my parents order that should have been offered.
The dining room tables all were in need of attention.
KFC and A&W in one place?! So awesome!! Ordered a classic chicken sandwich, cheese curds, a raspberry shake and a rootbeer float. Customer service was great and order was quick. The food and drinks were outstanding. We would definitely come here if ever in the area again!! ????
Freaking amazing combination of flavors and selection! I am blessed this place exists with 2 worlds of flavor melded into one! The staff were funny and happy, and I definitely rave about the positive changes in the world of A & W!!!!
Fast pleasant service. Our table for 5 people was dirty and sticky. They forgot to give us our ranch but food was great
