Thin cheese burger on a big bun asked for fried onions ketchup mustard and pickles. Burger was very dry and could not even taste ketchup mustard or pickle. My root beer float had more ice cream than pop. Our local one here has great burgers, great prices and their burgers are never dry!!
Our experience was great! Even though they are short staffed they did not look or act frazzled. They were kind and were clear with the orders. The chicken tenders were really worth the wait. They were some of the best tenders I have had in a long time and my son loved them as well. They were juicy and crispy. Thank you such to the crew for providing such amazing service. They were even jumping in and helping each other out. Again thank you and stop in the dinning if you have some time. They place has a wonderful vibe and cute decor.
The overall experience was pretty good! The food was delicious, the chicken was SUPER HOT (not the spicy kind but the temperature kind), and the root beer was delectable. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of one thing: the wait. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food! It was 2, 3 piece chicken baskets, a chicken sandwich, and a Papa Burger. There weren't a lot of people there when we ordered, either. It was also expensive. $9 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Our total came out to about $40 for the 4 things I mentioned earlier. Other than that, I would recommend this place!

Rude, unprofessional. The buns on the burgers were falling apart, there was mold on the the hot dog buns.. I used to like this place but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else.
We really love A&W. But won't be returning to this one. The hamburgers we ordered had mold on the buns. Didn't discover it until we were 5 miles north of there on hwy 53. I tried to contact them 8 times to tell them about the mold, but no one would answer the phone. I tried the web site to leave a message. I just wanted to give them the heads up about their hamburger buns so they wouldn't be served to anyone else. Poor customer service. Employees sat outside by the drive up smoking and taking their break, but no one would answer the phone. On a positive note, the fries were the best I've ever tasted.
It was rush hour 11:30 AM. So busy. They were processing the order fine. But it would be helpful to have a P/A system to call out when the order was ready. They were calling out the ticket/order #, but some people couldn't hear them right away.
Service was okay, cashier seemed passive aggressive. We dined in, and the dining room was absolutely filthy. Not a single table was clean, and there were flies everywhere. I swear I had swat at flies more often than I was actually eating. The food was okay, not the best I’ve had and the fries had a weird after taste. On a positive note, our chilled mugs of rootbeer were delicious.
Good food, but un-godly slow!!
Ok, I love A&W but this place is consistently the slowest drive thru on the planet. I go here once a week and you will have a minimum 20 minute wait at the drive thru. Tonight, it was 35 minutes. Not acceptable.
Update: 4/2/2022. MUCH better! Prompt, good staff, hot fresh food. Thanks!
