Good food as per usual that I get. But some one needs to make up there mind. I order the same meal every time and when the male person is working I only get one sauce with my meal. Everyone else in the establishment gives me 2, but when asked. I am supposed to pay and extra fee for a sauce. And in the same instance, the prices sure do get jacked up beyond comparison. I can go to the restaurant down the road and get a full meal for 10.75. Unlike the 18
We stood in line, as the only ones in line for almost ten minutes. There was one worker who literally kept her back to us the whole time, another worker who after five min said to us I will be right with you and then took off. She then comes back and starts talking to worker who has back to us and yells at a worker in the back to come forward to take our order. When he finally comes to take order, he looks and acts like he is on something. He (the worker who took our order) turns around and when he does, the back of his light colored pants looks like he had and accident in them and then smeared it down the back of his pants. We went to sit down to wait for our order and eat and not a single table was clean. We grabbed the cleanest of the tables. When our food is finally brought to us (after another almost ten min) the chili cheese fries were not hot at all and my double cheeseburger was cold and the meat tough to eat.
Horrible!! I ordered 2 Spicy papa burgers. Trusted my ordered was right got home and not even close to what I ordered. Corn dog eals vs 2 burger meals?!
Stop at this A&W on a road trip and it didn't disappoint! Blast from the past still great and yummy original food! Friendly staff. They have dine in or drive through. Pick up collector cups if you stop too.
Way overpriced for the quality of meal. Burger, drink, and curds were $15. I can sit down at a restaurant for cheaper than that. Also must have gotten the bottom of the oil curds cause many were charred.
Update: bumping down to 1 star. Still $15 for a meal and now they don’t even include a side a ranch for the curds. Same meal in Spencer, Wi is $3 less than this place and they include a free dipping sauce.
Terrible franchise owner taking advantage of the hard working people of Neillsville. How can Spencer, a town just up the road Neillsville, charge 20% less????
I love eating at this place I always order their number two combo which is chicken sliders and I recently started ordering their twist ice cream it's delicious and fulfilling.
I stopped in for a carryout. The server was very friendly and promptly took my order. From what I could see, the kitchen looked nearly spotless. The dining area was clean and inviting, so I wouldn't have minded eating there. The food was very good as well.
Was a little dark inside, so felt like a small town place. Food was good and so was the service.
