I love the music, I didn't want to leave; it was a very comfortable environment.
I didn't appreciate the request for tips, it's a fast food restaurant, I'm standing in front of a cash register and I have to mind my own utensils, napkins and seasonings. Then I have to pick up my own trash -nothing is going to be washed, everything is disposable- and try to leave everything the way I found it.
Just because the food is not ready and eventually an employee brings it to the table that is not a waiting service.
I leave a tip if I go to the restaurant, get seated or sit myself and I have nothing to do but enjoy the food and the place.
Note: I am not complaining about the disposable items, OR the food.
Not even the service, everyone is professional and polite doing their job.
The complaint is about asking for extra money for no extra service.

Fine experience here last month; the usual A&W fare. Staff was helpful and friendly while we placed a large dine-in order (7 people), and the food was good.
There's nothing like going back in time and reliving special moments of drinking A&W root beer ???? floats and having one of their special hamburger or hot dogs or washed down a ???? cold root ???? beer drink.
There's three awesome folks working there who greet "you" and " me " with a fantastic line ???? "Great to see you again." Not that standard like "whata you want" hurry cant you see i am busy.
Awesome decore of back when drive-inns were the place where ???? you went get the burger and fries and the root beer. You can even buy the mug.
I drove through to buy the papa burger, and found there are dirty things (possible mold) on my papa burger. I already sent my complaint to their brand and the public health department.
Burnt up kitchen....too bad, hope that no one was hurt. Love thechilled mugs of good rootbeer.

I went in to order the 2 for $4 student special, I saw advertised next to the register. While ordering the student special, I was informed by the cashier that the special was not 2 for $4 it was a cheeseburger with a small fry and small drink. If you aren't offering a 2 for $4 special, please take the advertisement down.
Drive thru employees are very blunt and have no small talk abilities. But our food is always cooked as ordered and the cones are often fat and tall. Yum.
