Child’s meal: 2 tenders, fries, and a drink - almost $9 after tax. Low on flavor, but it’s a convenient location. The place seems clean, and it was fast, friendly service. The root beer is outstanding!! It’s worth going, just for the root beer. Lots of seating, which was definitely welcomed after hiking the Tanger.
This was the worst experience I have had here, to the point I'm not spending money at this establishment! The Cod was absolutely horrible, and over cooked, small worse than Gordon's frozen fish. The coleslaw was old tasting, so I throw my food away other than my French fries. Sad, because who has money to waste on food that's over cooked, hard and old tasting. I am definitely not going back.
Stopped in after doing a bit of shopping in the Tanger to get some quick food. My husband got 5 chicken strips and a drink and I got 10 corn nuggets with a drink. He said his chicken strips were "ok" my nuggets could have used a few more minutes cooking. The lady that took our order was kind of rude and snappy. I was going to get root beer from the tap but it was awful I had to pour it out. Most of the drinks on the soda machine tasted like they had no carbonation and the counter was quite sticky. Seriously thought what kind of A&M's restaurant has bad root beer? Our total was $27 even and for the amount of stuff we got it should have been a lot less you can go to zaxbys or slim chickens and get a whole meal with 6 large strips for the same price you get for only 5 small strips here. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
This restaurant located in the outlet mall strip mall has standard fast food meals. Service was fast and everything was basically clean.
The food was better than average for fast food places. The fries were crispy but lacking salt. The hotdog was average but the burger is better than other fast food burgers.
The draft root beer is amazing and a must for root beer enjoyers.
I can’t recommend this place. We ended up spending $40 for our sad meals here. The chicken was like chewing on room temperature salted jerky and small in size. I thought it was a kids meal. The dipping sauce was watery and a bit off tasting. Not sure how this place stays open.
Nice to find an A&W. Great root beer. Not a fan of their policy. Won’t let you have a simple water cup. They except you to buy the water after already paying high prices for food
Food was mediocre at best. So many other places have much better burgers. Nothing wrong, just wasn't very good. Disappointing meal. Restaurant basically empty on a Saturday. Should've been our first clue.
Food was quick and not bad. The service was terrible, though, with rude employees and snappy as well. I witnessed that they were rude to others, too. 3/10 won’t come again. The lady that took my friends order made fun of a guy who knocked a sign over because they are all in the walkway and then was rude about card insertion. Very unprofessional.
