I love this place. My family and I love getting a root beer here with the chilled mug. The burgers are amazing, onions rings are bomb. Root beer floats beats all. So why did I give it 3 stars? The FRIES! A&W used to have great fries. However, they now switched to waffle fries and they're terrible. Ever had chili cheese fries with waffle fries?! Don't. They're so hard that literally my mouth hurts from chewing em. Still go here and support the establishment. I just hope they change their fries.
The food was good. Everything inside was sticky. But it's a fast food place so it's pretty on par with what you would expect.
Not busy today so we got our food very quickly. Cheese curds were great! Burgers we good and just messy enough to be fun and enjoyable ????
The place is outdated. But the quality of food and the employees make up for it! It was about two weeks ago when we went the manager was very courteous and great customer service.
I visited this location with my family and a close family friend, we sat and laughed and enjoyed ourselves! Here are some pictures of the interior, there are no photos of the food because it was too delicious to wait!
Service is pretty good, food is greasy. Flavor is not bad, still good meal if in a hurry. Root beer is no longer served in a iced mug...
The girls at the window are very sweet but I tell you what! it takes so long to get any kind of food there,It's ridiculous. All I got was fried clams. They're frozen. Drop them in the fryer and we're good. It was as if they had to go out and catch them. The outside of the restaurant is disgusting. It needs to be painted and cleaned.You can't read the sign that has the menu because the whole front of it is clouded . It's really bad somebody needs to go in there and help them Don't they have anybody from a&w or Long? John silver's inspecting them? I don't know food still good though, but I don't know what's crawling around in the restaurant but I won't look but they need to serve quicker
Terrible got a burger and the bun was so hard I couldn't even bite through it tastes like it'd been over nuked which makes no sense as I waited over 5 minutes for it. Do not recommend and can add that the burger itself was nuked to death and inedible. Won't go there again.
