This restaurant is a joke.
Don't waste your time!
We patiently waited in line for a good 15 minutes to even get up to the order window and in the process. watched five other cars drive away before getting to order. When I finally got up to the order box, I was told they were busy, and it'll be a couple of minutes. Waited for another 5 minutes and finally had to ask if I could please order, to which the girl bitchingly replied with "We are busy, patience is key."
I understand being busy, but I do not appreciate the worker being rude to me when we had very patiently waited for over 20 minutes for somebody to take our order, and we never did get food! That's six families that drove away without ordering! This was around 12:30 this afternoon.
Good luck with staff like that running the restaurant!
Hours say open until 9:00pm. Stopped at 7:05pm, open sign was on and both entryways were locked. Employee saw me and tried hiding by laying in a booth. No signs saying drive-thru only. Tried calling and no answer. If an employee likes to hide from customers I'm guessing they don't wash their hands so I wouldn't want to eat.
This is probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. My daughter had a volleyball tournament two weeks in a row. Now the first week we came here. The sign said there was no burgers or ice cream at a burger restaurant famous Root beer floats. now we try again today tried to go through drive-through since we drove an hour away from home for this tournament for nobody to answer the drive-through. We went inside and about six employees came piling out of the back no hello no sorry or anything. The cashier walked up to the register did not even say hello. Just stared at us like we were inconveniencing them.. the fries were old and tables were dirty with no one else there here the whole time..
Nothing good to say. Stood there for like 10 minutes before we ordered. The employee didn't greet us, he was in regular street clothes, he didn't ask if we were ready to order he just stood there until we ordered. Just handed us our bag of food and walked away.
Cheese curds were a few globs of cheese mixed in with breading carcasses. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, no tomato. There was indeed no tomato, but also no bacon. The girl at the pickup window seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. This has been my experience with the service there multiple times. This is probably the last time I will give them a try.
Rindy was nice while she was taking our family's order I was correcting what was in the screen to her and Steph was very rude about I need to have patients and to give her time.. Seeing as it was the first time I had even brought anything up to rindy I thought she was completely out of place for even talking seeing as she had nothing to do with the transaction..I suggests maybe some training in customer service and how to address a customer going forward..
Had a problem last year. Gave them another try after a post of New management and a deep cleaning. Visited on Saturday September 7th 2024 spent $14 on 2 cold burgers and got sick with diarrhea within 12 hours!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER going back!
I visited the A & W again spoke with the Very Nice New Manager Devon he returned my money. Anyone visiting just know Devon is new and trying his best. I will visit again just not on the weekends ????????
It was by far, the worst fast food I have ever had. Who owns this place?- Do you know how bad it is??? I don't set the bar too high, but didn't expect the low, low standards of food and service. Past the point of not caring. Served us the wrong burgers that were soaked in so much grease, it was dripping through the foil wrappers before we opened them. Cold fries. I don't like overdone bacon, but the bacon was so undone to the point it looked unsafe to eat. Uncovering all of this was bad, but what made it worse was the loud volume music and two staff members behind the counter yelling at each other for burning cheese curds. "WHY'D D'YOU BURN THE CHEESE CURDS!!!!" "THEY ARE'NT FRIGGIN' BURNT!" Cheese Curd Burner was yelling at the Accuse-ee to stop singing along with the music. Accuse-ee retorted back with a loud "Shut Up!" The arguing continued on and on.
