The service was great. We ate A&W for the nostalgia. The burger was good, lacking bacon by a long shot, but still good. The fries tasted like Long John Silver (which isn't horrible) but would rather not. However, expected since they are a combo location. The restaurant was an hour from close, and it looked that way. I mean that by saying that the floors were dirty with food and a dryed spilled beverage from earlier on. The worst part of the atmosphere was the dirty couches that are stained and have definitely done their time at the location.
Regardless, it was a decent place to sit and have a burger. The staff was friendly and I would go again of close by.
Wasn't sure if it was open, due to 1 menu board being out and the building sign. They were, and it is usually a wait, so I expect that because the food is fresh. However my wife's meal was missing a piece of chicken and one of the others was tiny. We both ordered a 3 chicken 2 fish meal. Tasted great on the silver lining. The staff were nice. It also blows me away that the reg soft drink upcharge is like 4.50!
Done visiting this location. Didn't give me one of my meals and got two orders wrong. They can't get things right and I was the only customer so they were not overwhelmed.
Felt super rushed when trying to order our meals .restaurant was very clean and the food was perfect .... CHECK YOUR DATES ON CONDIMENTS are packets were expired
The place looked bad. Dirty and hasn't been updated in decades. Food wasn't very good, tasted like they hadn't changed the fryer oil in many months....or longer
The restaurant was over all dirty the soda machine wasn't working. In my order they messed up a few things I brought it to them told them the simple mix up they wanted my receipt then it took them forever to figure out that yes I paid in full for everything I said I did then ended up with cold food and hot ice cream after they finally got me my whole order
Not super impressed. It took 20 minutes to get my food and the dining area was a mess and there was no ice in the machine.
It wasn't fabulous but I still gave a 3 star because it appeared as one employee was trying to take a bunch of breaks which could be part of the problem.
Long wait for food even though we were the only ones here. Cheese fries were cold with hot cheese poured on them. Overall messy atmosphere, dirty tables/seat, dirty floors and full trash cans even with several employees and an empty restaurant. I would pass on this location.
