We’ve been to this A&W a few times and it’s always great! The food is always fresh and tasty and the root beer definitely hits the spot.
The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.
Every time we’ve stopped here the restaurant has been clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
Whoever was working the window 8/24/24 at 7:52 pm is the funniest and does amazing at promoting the cakes. We bought both and how you guys win! Absolutely amazing character and made our night and the food was great.
Food was The best part of this experience sadly. The staff seemed bothered that we were there, the restaurant just opened and I'm pretty sure they didn't want customers yet and they were not welcoming at all. Got through the cashiers attitude and got our order in and they made a mistake on meals for our kids. My wife brought it to their attention l, and the cashier said, and I'm quoting here " I hope your the most annoying part of my day". I've worked in fast food but there was no need for how the staff acted. We weren't rude or pushy at all nor were they busy. we just needed our order fixed. If you don't want to deal with customers, don't work in customer service!!!!
Amazing service and yummy root beer floats
This is the worst location ever ! They didn’t know what kind of drinks they had for kids. When I got my food they didn’t say anything to me at the drive thru just handed me bag handed me both drinks at the same time and looked irritated , handed me my card covered in soda and put about a quarter cup of mustard on a kids meal burger , what kid, or person for that matter wants that much mustard. You’re better understaffed then staffed with people that can’t do their job.
Food was yummy but Joseph stole the show i didnt mean to sign up for!! So funny and kind! Give that man a raise!
I've never been to an A&W before but I needed some grab and go food and anything is better than McDonald's. I'm allergic to wheat so I asked for it lettuce wrapped and unfortunately they aren't able to do that but they put it in a bowl with lettuce like a hamburger salad! They even came out and said they made it as fancy as they could. I love it!
I've never met such nice people! The owner was incredibly generous, giving us a fantastic deal and even some free mugs. Plus, one of the employees checked in on us like he was our personal server. The food was amazing too. We got a family-sized bucket of their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and buttered rolls – it made for a fantastic evening. (It's a co-branded restaurant with KFC). If I lived nearby, I'd definitely make this a weekly spot!
