Best WLM Reviews
I was amazed that this place existed. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger with onion rings and a drink. I paid about $15 dollars. I was disappointed when I opened the package of the food due to lack of temperature. The cheese burger was not hot. I asked for the food to be cooked over. It was recooked with no complaints and followed up to ask if I was pleased with the new cheese burger. The onion rings were excellent. I was only given five. The place looked great inside except for the washrooms .
I had only a few minutes for a quick bite to eat and found this place. I am glad I stopped; it was worth it. The menu had so many choices, but easy to place my order. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable about food choices. The prices were about average. The food...lets get to it. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. OMG!!! It was good. Great portion. Great flavor. Definitely belly buster. Everything was freshly made. No regrets here. I will be making this my Thursday usual. 5 Star visit
Waited for about 20 min before I got my food. Paid over 30 bucks for 2 combos and they gave me 6 fries. I asked for more because that is rediculous and they gave me 2 more. The girl taking the orders who had a star on her face had no idea what she was doing, honestly seemed like they took some random person off the street and stuck them behind the counter. Definitely never coming back to this facility. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Besides the one time I visited and they closed a half hour early, 2nd visit was fantastic.
They're just as good as I remember as a kid and the FLOATS DO NOT MISS! 10/10 on attempt #2
The one we went to near Matteson, Il is awful. Horrible wait, no extra crunches we paid for. We bought 3 2 plank chicken meals and waited almost 30 minutes outside for our food. The environment is not well lit, and seems on the dangerous side.
My wife and I had long john silvers my kids had a&w. Both were excellent!
Great fish and chicken. Really good fries too. It's a combo A&W and Long John Slivers, so I had I nice fountain diet root beer too.
My recent visit to this establishment left me quite dissatisfied. The standout issue was the manager's demeanor, which was consistently rude and mean-spirited, not only towards customers but also towards the hardworking employees. Her behavior included loud, unsettling outbursts that created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present.
To add to the disappointment, the food I ordered, specifically the burgers, arrived cold. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager attempted to shift blame onto me, making the situation even more frustrating. Fortunately, after expressing my concerns, I was promptly refunded, which was a relief.
Beyond the service and management concerns, the cleanliness of the place was far from satisfactory. The floors were noticeably dirty, and the windows appeared to have been neglected for some time. These cleanliness issues further contributed to my overall negative impression.
In conclusion, my experience at this establishment was marred by a rude and unprofessional manager, subpar food quality, and cleanliness concerns. I hope that these issues can be addressed in the future to provide a more pleasant dining experience for all customers.
