HORRIBLE!! food was good but that’s hardly all that matters. the tall guy in the black shirt, i’m assuming is the owner, was extremely rude to all the counter employees and its their FIRST DAY!!! me and a few other customers saw it and all agreed we’d never be back here. food was good, but the service was absolutely horrible. a free plastic cup doesn’t make up for the way you treated your employees. do better! i will also be calling and sending a message to corporate. completely unacceptable.
BOY! If any place deserves 5 stars it is this place. I would give it 6 if I could.
This has been my favorite restaurant ever since it has opened and I have never been disappointed by the food.
The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing, and the food here actually looks like how it is advertised.
If you had a bad time here, it must have been a fluke, have you seen the cheese curds!!?!
Edit: if the owner sees this, all I have is one request.. you gotta bring back the chilled mugs.

It had been years since I'd had A&W, the burger was one of the best I've had. I don't drink much pop anymore, but who can go to A&W and not have Root beer? It was as good as I remembered!

Edit/update. I just went thru the drive thru today is November 13th 2024 I went between 5pm and 6pm. the guy with glasses that was running the window and taking orders truly deserves a raise. He's not only friendly, he's is thorough. He doesn't let out a sigh when I'm ordering a few combos for my friends and family. I wish I got his name. He's the reason i gave a review in the first place. Thank u we all enjoyed our meals
Love there: mushroom, onion double burger, onion rings & shakes. But my husband wasn't impressed with the foot long coney & I wasn't on the chicken tenders it didn't taste like chicken & when I bit into it, it looked like it was in layers.
Ordered a burger with no pickles and they just pulled the pickles off a burger and gave it to me. Still tasted like pickles. Do your job, that’s so lazy. never going here again.
5 stars all around, love this place & the people working there. Food made just right. The only complaint is that there aren't enough locations.
Why bother having a mobile ordering service if your employees never actually look at them. Also waiting for over 5 minutes at the speaker just to tell someone that it’s a mobile order is ridiculous. Every time I come here it’s the same issues. Long wait times, employees with no multi tasking skills that plain just don’t care. I’ll be going out of my way to fort Gratiot at least they show some huddle.
