I have had a lot of bad experiences with restaurants, but this one makes the top 10. I got the chicken strips, and they were undercooked. I witnessed an employee giving the 'tude to a customer, about 3 times. Also, it took forever for my friends food, which he got barely nothing and got his food third, waited for about an hour while other people got their food before him. We were at the Farmington location..I honestly would NOT recommend unless you're gonna give the same "respect" back. Teach your employees and yourself (the MANAGER) how to be respectful. That would be more appropriate and appreciated.
If I could give zero stars I would. The food was luke warm, I only ate a few bites. I will never be back here again, so disappointed!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! First people to order wait was 1 hour to get food. Once food was delivered it was lukewarm and not edible. Only good thing was the Root Beer.
There were literally out of every side and was even out of root beer one time like isn't that why yall famous and this wasn't the first time this has happened and the service threw the drive is always rude about it
The place is nasty. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food was garbage. The 2 orders of onion rings we ordered were burnt and it looked like the burgers were put together by a monkey. The soda was totally flat. The cook had an attitude when asked to make more onion rings by the cashier. I won't be visiting A&W in Farmington again and neither will my family or anyone I know
Yum, Yummy, and Yummier!!! Delicious and fresh every time we've ordered. The cheeseburgers have an old fashioned appearance and taste, that leaves you wanting more. The french fries are perfectly salted every time, with enough salt for a good flavor, without having to add more, especially for someone like me, who is a self-acclaimed saltaholic. Most everywhere you go these days, there is never hardly any salt on the french fries, but not at A&W, they're great. My husband loves the root beer, another great classic. The Spicy Papa sauce is great not only for onion rings, but also french fries, or anything else you can think of to dip in it--good stuff!
Portion size has gone smaller and now it's a small plate instead of the traditional black larger one. The food was good and the staff was friendly.
This place is horrible. Went there before the movies. The girl behind the counter seemed as if we were bothering her when we came in. Spent well over $50.00. The whole floor seemed to be covered with something slick, almost fell. Not many people inside, garbage cans over flowing, some tables had food that people left on them, because they couldn't be put into the garbage cans, these tables had ants all over them.
Disgusting.
