I had a $33 order and I had a $14 order. The 14 dollar order was dry and it was disgusting. It was old chicken. The $33 order they took forever making it. I saw them trying to give my hamburger to somebody else. I heard the person at drive-thru. Please don't give my hamburger to somebody else. I ordered a papa meal which should have gotten french fries. I ordered cheese curds that was supposed to be on the side not part of the combo. So it's supposed to have cheese, curds and fries along with the hamburger and the six piece chicken tenders. It took forever and it looked like they were confused and then when I was trying to talk to this manager she was kind of rude because she didn't know what was going on either. But whatever. I'm going to call in the morning and complain to the manager I'm going to return the three-piece chicken meal
I was picking up a DoorDash order, and it was 20 minutes Of me standing at the counter before somebody even came to take my name so that I could sit down. when they finally gave me my order, the girl Gave me Hella attitude and did not seal the bag or give me a to go bag for around it.
We paid $80 plus dollars to feed four of us. The airconditioner was broken and it was HOT. The Manager was treating the Employees poorly.
Chicken wasn't up to kfc standards today. Hope it was just a bad batch or something but if all kfc's we're like that I wouldn't eat it and I'm a loyal kfc fan will be back in a week or so and hopefully change this rewiew.
Took absolutely forever and there was no one in line. Bad experience.
All I heard from the time we walked in was a douchy manager yelling. I could hear him from the restroom! He barked orders and belittled his staff. That alone has lost my business. Those poor staff members. They deserve better!
Honestly, we've been there in the past and the food was what we expected. This last time though, I think they were under staffed. We had to wait in the drive threw for several min, they were only taking one person's order at a time, and honestly their prices aren't that good.
Get to together A&W, dang! Why would I pay $4.75 for a regular with over an ounce missing? I should've been charged for a small at this rate. It's ridiculous.
