Sadly when you go through the entrance you smell what seemed to be sewer smell & it's not overpowering but it's there. The floors looked as if they hadn't been mopped in some time. Young man thst took order was very very friendly, seemed a bit new but was so trying. Tartar sauce pump was hard to push & the 2 pumps that came out were to say " not appeasing at all " so we asked for packets which the young man brought to the table for us. The food was hot & actually very tasty. But atmosphere made it hard to stay to eat.
I have to say, this A&W/Long John Silvers has gotten better over the past year or so. The most recent time I've gone there the food and service were both really good. But in the past I have had both rude service/poor service, and terrible food, ie tough and chewy hot dogs. However the service has gotten considerably better and the food was delicious the last time I ate there, so hopefully they have gotten their issues taken care of.
I tried their hotdog. It’s horrible. In my opinion. If you’re looking for a really good hotdog, go to loves travel stop. They serve, high-quality Jewish hotdogs. The chili did not even taste like meat, some kind of soy-based product? As a matter of fact, it was so bitter and horrible. I could not eat it after one bite.
I would have gave it -5 . Pulled up to a empty drive up beside car at the window. After 5 minutes I finally got someone on radio. It was 910 .. the guy on radio told me it would be 15 min because they only have one fryer and they have a couple of door dash orders. I said ok and order a kids meal with everything and a regular cheese burger with everything both with root beer float. He sounded angry because I ordered. After 10 minutes the Door dash order left with just 2 medium sided bags. After 5 minutes they gave me my drinks. So now it is 925. We sat there until 945 when they was shutting down lights when I finally knocked on window and the 2 by the window had no idea I still needed my food. 5 minutes later I finally got my food. As we was there they turned away at least 3 people I know of. When we got to hotel to eat, one burger had so much ketsup and mustard that it was every where and the other was 100 plain . This has to be the worst place to eat ...
Food was hot and fresh but the wait was terribly long. And, 39.00 for two meals and two drinks blew my mind!
Idk I went here craving it and the food was not dressed correctly, i had the fish tacos and they handed me just a fish patty wrapped in a tortilla with none of the toppings.
I ordered a cheeseburger meal, a hot dog meal, and a kids meal. It took 25 minutes to get our food in the drive thru and they forgot the drinks. There was only 1 car ahead of us, an no vehicles behind us in line. The order was messed up, and the kids meal didn't come with a 'prize' (as advertised by A&W). The menu online is NOT the same as the menu in store. I do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Culver's instead.
I had been excited to stop here. The menu board was half missing, laying all over the ground. My order was taken, I paid and was immediately asked to pull around to the other side and wait. This was for a small order. This location is A&W and a Long John Silver's. I ordered from the A&W menu. The coney dog was worse than old hot dogs at a gas station. I could not eat it, one bite and I thought I might get food poisoning, it had a very peculiar taste. My fries were decent, tasted fresh. I even dipped them in the chili from the coney so I know that wasn't the bad part
