A&W Restaurant;
We had lunch here today, the first time in quite a while. We enjoyed a meal with exceptional service by Megan. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
It was a pleasant experience, though I must admit, the paranoia of the virus is still lingering sadly.
I wish we could move on! At least A&W did have their dining room open which is more than I can say for other restaurants in the area. For this we are thankful.
Pretty slow service and not friendly staff. Order was exactly what I wanted so that was good. Restrooms had a weird smell to them I do not know if it was cleaning chemicals or not from cleaned everywhere. Both men's and women's.
I've eaten at A&W restaurants in 2 different countries for 30 years when I come across them. So when we spotted this one while in TN I got excited... it was beyond short lived. This was a medium fries and a cheese burger. We all ordered burgers and if I'd wanted to eat a hockey puck of meat, I could have gone to McDonalds and had better quality. It took 25minutes to get 3 burgers, 3 fries and an order of cheese curds. The only thing worth eating was the cheese curds. The fries were disappointing in size and under cooked, while the burgers were beyond cooked and barely edible. This location of A&W should be ashamed of themselves and the standards that A&W have set throughout the country. If I could rate them a 0 Stars I absolutely would.
You'd think A&W would carry their own Cream Soda, but no. And, it doesn't take this long to throw some fish in a basket and scoop up some cole slaw. Music too loud. Fried foods should not have to have grease pressed out of them. This is a dozen napkins of grease for two pics of fish. Yuck. Was clean, and an old fashion feel. Staff was polite and courteous.

Horrible experience! Took 15 minutes to get our food (remember its a fast food restaurant)! Son's burger was burnt and chicken tenders very chewy! Fries were soggy. Money wasted!! As we were leaving and refilling our drinks, noticed ants crawling on counter near drink machine! Wished I had seen this prior to eating! Never again! Don't waste your time or money!
Drove an hour to come here my mom was so excited for the root beer float, this was the closest near us. Got there and the ice cream machine was broken, the drink machine in the lobby was broken and the atmosphere just didn’t feel clean. We paid for our food and sit down to wait. I looked over at the window seal by one of the booths and saw dead bugs. It made my stomach turn and luckily we hadn’t gotten our food yet and was able to get a full refund. Health department should really check it out before people get sick.
The food was way over cooked! Dry and crunchy, the fish had basically disappeared. They will Not get repeated business serving garbage! Over $27 for fast food! Cracker Barrel would have been a better choice!!!
