Me, my wife, and our friend came here to eat lunch. The Asian guy working the front counter was a douchebag. He was yelling at my friend that money was still owed as he was walking away to go do something else. He was rude, and very inconsiderate. A OID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! It is not ok to treat customers that way.
In an unlikely location in the heart of the issues on 82nd this restaurant is my go to because of the great customef service which defines the phrase fastfood. You are in and out so fast that im impressed every time. Eating out has become a very expensive trip out for the individual and the family. This place howeve,r is reasonbly priced and the food is excellent -especially the rootbeer freeze -which is second to none. Check it out its worth the trip.
Why did it take me so long to try their cheese curds?! They are so good and so fresh. And then eat the cheese curds with their famous root beer float. Life is good!
The drive thru cashier was rude to me. I was in the middle of my order when he asked me to hold on then I thought he said something to me so I asked if he was talking to me and he was rude about it saying I wasn't talking to you. Then he was rude at the window and made us park for mash potatoes and Cole slaw. I will not return to this KFC\ A&W ever again.
Such a great root beer float it's worth the drive from the COUVE yes it is !!!! and their burgers outstanding they've got the old school vibe and flavor brings back such great memories wish they were still in Vancouver yes I do so IF you have never been to a A&W restaurant take the time to do so happy you will be !!!! okay yup bye ????????
Came through for lunch for the office.
Cashier DAI. Was rude and short.
Only filled my sodas halfway since I didn't get ice I can't have a full soda he said. Also gave him two coupons and he threw a fit that he had to re enter the order. Then he didn't use one of my coupons.
Very plain, not very special burgers. Seams like we remember them being better. Slow service.
Bad customer service they are so rude with the people take too long to assist to the customers and take too long to give the food to the people
