It was more expensive than I was expecting. Spent about $3 more per person than other like restaurants, and for a family of 6 that adds up quick. Not to mention, the size of the burgers was actually pretty small. My 8 year old ended up eating 2 whole burgers and was still hungry. The food tasted fine. The staff was very friendly and brought our food to our table so that was nice.
Joel made my food perfectly and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I asked for extra onions and extra cheese and Joel made it perfect and it was definitely the best I’ve had in a very very very long time. Joel, amazing job on making my food, I personally think you deserve a raise. I’ll definitely be going back for another soon
We were visiting Blackfoot and were surprised to see a A&W. Of course we had to get food and root beer floats. The staff were all in the back outside smoking cigarettes but the food was still pretty good!
I came in twice to A&W in Blackfoot. I had to specialize my order as I have bad food allergies. The lady immediately recognized that I had changed my order and we discussed I had food allergies. They have taken excellent care of me and even provided a substitution when I couldn't eat the offered coleslaw. Thank you so much!!! You are amazing and I appreciate the care you took for my special diet. Excellent people, excellent service, excellent food.
Normally I’m not a person who writes a bad review but this place is soo sad and pathetic. I swear I love the food, it’s always great and I get what I order basically. But there’s always a 10 minute wait for tenders and not only that the first time I came here by myself the female cashier was really rude. Doesn’t know how to connect or communicate with a customer. Second time I came with my fiancé (today August 19th, 2024) the female was soo freaking mean and rude. We asked her a question before paying and she gave us an attitude!! Just very glad the man that gave us our food was considerate and nicer than the woman!! My fiancés family has been going here for years and now we’re considering not returning no thanks to the FEMALE employees! Those ladies need to learn some respect.
Really hurts that a place with such good food has poor employment. This is without a doubt the best tasting fast food, but out of the last five times I've been there, it's been over a ten minute wait, and has never had the order right. This time, my grandpa got us a 50 dollar meal, and they gave us about ten dollars worth of our order, and didn't give us the receipt we had asked for. They still charged us 50 dollars and gave us a small fry, two root beers and a two piece chicken, when we ordered meals for the four of us. When we went inside to see what had happened, the cashier was very rude to us, and said since there is no receipt there is nothing they can do and told us to leave before calling the authorities. We left, but we will tell everybody we know not to go until changes are made.
Pretty good food, but they close really early for fast food, and they messed up my last order. Not a common thing, but I don't go there very often because of the price, so even one bad experience can stand out.
Food was very subpar, both in quality and taste. Chili cheese dogs were leaking all over the bag. (Our order was dine in but still came bagged up to go.) Dining area floor was dirty. We were the only customers when we arrived but it got busier after us. I heard the clerk apologize to several customers after us as their orders weren't complete or something was forgotten. The family that immediately ordered after us was still waiting on their dine in order when we were ready to leave - and we were there at least 20 minutes. Later customers had received their orders and left while this family was patiently waiting. They finally had to go ask about their order... When the clerk at the front counter wasn't busy with orders he was on his phone and drinking at the register...meanwhile the floor is still messy. Overall experience was very negative. This was on a Friday evening at about 7:20pm.
