Service was prompt and very friendly. However, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms were filthy. The food was good but nothing spectacular.
Everytime I come here their machine never works so you can’t get rootbeer floats.. people are standing around doing nothing unacceptable
Edit: Recently stopped in and had a pretty good experience. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly.
Original Review: I do like the food here. However, sometimes it's better than other times. This also goes along with the staff and cleanliness of the dining room. Price is midrange. It's not exactly cheap to feed your family here. Rootbeer is good! We do enjoy stopping here occasionally.
Always crazy slow. I just sat in the drive thru for 37 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I'm assuming there is a lack of employees, but ownership could obviously make more money if they could speed this process up. I typically pass the restaurant as I can't wait in the line as long as it takes. Food is good, just not worth the hassle.
I haven't had service like this in at least 20 yrs. A woman & her son was working there & she was running the restraint like she owned it & it was a 5 star. The oil was fresh, the food was like Long Johns use to taste when I was a kid. It was very clean & the conversation & customer service was there. Please, please, keep her corporate. Now everyone I'm in the area I just wanna stop & spend money for the great food, conversation, & atmosphere . I believe her name was Machelle Lee
The place is a step back in time. Booths that told you it's the 60's and the food is delicious. My wife and I had the $7.99 all you can eat deal with free refills on everything. Fish, chicken, sides, cooked perfectly. Staff is nice, a little slow due to customers not quite sure what they want and having to be walked thru it all.
Staff was friendly and helpful, food was not as good as I had hoped, but that is on me.
I sat in the drive thru line for about twenty minutes. I think they were having a issue with their order speaker, they appeared to be doing everything they could to get people moving.
Be careful and attentive in the parking lot. It is pretty bad.
They are so efficient and attentive here. Never a problem with my order and the guy at the window is amazing and great with his customer service.
