Meh food. This was my first time eating A&W in the United States, and the food here is way worse than it is at A&Ws up in Canada. The chicken tenders especially. To top it all off, my cheese curds were burnt, and we couldn't get the cashier to come to the counter for the first few minutes we were standing there. (I guess she was hiding in the back??)
Great experience for a late lunch today. So many menu items here that are not available at any A&W location in Canada.
Coney Island hot dogs, pork tenderloin sandwiches, Cod or shrimp basket combos and dud I mention cheese curds.
Great, fast service, fresh tasty food and very clean facilities from the floors, counters, chairs tables and even the washrooms.
Will be marking this place on Google maps for a future visit.
Way over priced cheeseburger abd served cold, better value at other fast food restaurants. Draft rootbeer was flat and warm. Fries were hot and taste very good.
As all the other reviews state, terrible and slow service. No one should sit in a drive through for more than ten minutes, let alone 20.
Being told “I’ll be with you to take your order in a moment” with only 2 cars in line in front of me, and never even getting to put my order in? Ridiculous.
Please just close this location so someone better can own or manage something better in this space.
Had to wait for an hour in the drive-thru. When I got my food it was cold
I've got to say I've been to a lot of A&Ws and the service at this one is a complete joke. We were the only ones in line and the gal that took our order acted like we were a complete inconvenience. We got to the window, paid and then waited 15 MINUTES! There was nobody in site, she straight disappeared. I get having to wait if they need to make fresh food but let someone know. A younger guy brought the food to the window. I said thank you and have a good rest of your day. He looked at us then rolled his eyes. Again it was a complete joke. To whomever owns this store. You really need new people or teach your staff some manners.
20 minute wait for a drive thru single cheeseburger and fries, only one other person in the line besides myself. Sit down restaurant timing, with McDonalds style of service and quality. Don’t come here.
Food is good. The draft rootbeer is the drawing point! It is great! Otherwise it is inside the sapp bros truck stop and so it's not a stand alone a&w. Staff is friendly and nice. However the fast food name doesn't apply here. Several items get forgotten but they are ready to hand it to you if you go inside or back in the drive thru.
