Today i went to A&W
For 2 papa burger combos! I asked for no pickles or Thousand Island sauce but i wanted mustard and ketchup! Well i got home and all the burgers had was a hamburger patty, cheese and a half bottle of mustard and ketchup seeping out the sides! I called and the best they could do was have me take them all the way back to get them replaced! Never going back again!!!
I drove 15 minutes each way to have an A&W burger today and my experience was far from pleasant. When I got home, I noticed that only one of the two fries were in the bag. I tried to call the number to let them know in attempt to fix the issue, but the phone number that Google provided did not even ring.
I am not driving 30 minutes to get my owed refund, so instead I will never visit this location again and encourage anyone from going out of their way to visit.
Cashier taking our order seemed disinterested in his job. Wasnt speaking clearly or maintaining eye contact. Wife got a hair in her burger and asked for a new one. They complied but were a little rude about it. No front people to ask for an additional order
It’s snowing outside, there is nobody in line in the drive thru behind me. They made their staff go outside to bring me my order! Nobody in line behind me. Let those employees stay inside!
I live a block away, I love burgers, I love A@W, this place is disgusting. Gross drive thru, gross parking lot, and my burgers from there suck, thrown in a bag, obviously the owners live nowhere near this place. ...........Update, was in recently and the entire inside is just as gross, looks like the whole place was wiped down with dirty mop bucket water, gross film on everything, not only can you feel it, but you can see it and smell it. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Where are the owners of this place?
Food came out fast but other than that not much going for it. It was honestly not bad though. I enjoy when I can just get my food and go. I will say I wish the food came out looking a little better, though. They're just quick, quiet, and effective here. If that's for you, that's for you. If not ????
So I placed my order they gave me the total I drive up to the window. I handed the cashier my money and, she's takes it, then it suddenly dawns on her that the manager is not there and they don't have the cash register set up and can only do either exact change or card. One that's poor management if the manager is not there the store shouldn't be open especially if the employees don't have access to the registers. Also the girl was rude about telling me they dont have anyway to give me change. She also should have mentioned something at the box because then I wouldn't have wasted my time or her time knowing I only had cash and they weren't accepting it currently. Poor management, rude employees, bad business.
Never again! I ordered 2 #1 and a side of onion rings. $25!! I was asked to pull into spot #2 because they had to wait for the onion rings. Upon arriving home, I did not receive the correct order at all. I had chicken instead of my burger order. When I called and informed them, I was told I accepted the bag they gave me. I accepted it trusting it was prepared correctly. I won't be back.
