Fast,friendly service! My kids love the root beer floats, such a classic! Keep up the great work!
Love the inside decor of this place. Food is usually good. They have a Long John Silvers here too. Sometimes the workers are really snobby and lazy. Usually younger kids working here. Have seen them ignore customers while they're talking or on the phones. Not all of them do that though. Again, decent food and atmosphere.
Been coming here every couple months the last few years & it's fine. It's never busy, oddly enough, but still surviving. A&W is a kinda cool part of Americana and I'm glad there's one in this sleepy town & it combos with Long John Silver's so, win win. Hot food orders always take a while (10 minute minimum it seems) but the service is always friendly and we enjoy our root beer floats while we wait. I do not recommend their chili cheese dogs but everything else is good. Clean, quiet, miss the jukebox!
The drive through is slow. Sometimes you have to wait 15 -20 minutes for your food. The food is delicious though. This is actually one of the only A&W locations in the Metro area. I Love the shrimp and chicken here!
If I could give a half star I would. And that's because of the decorations. The lady who took our order was rude first off. She definitely doesn't want to be here. Then messed our order up. And when asked to make right had attitude. I noticed a help wanted sign and considering applying but why would I honestly all the employees are jur standing around doing nothing
Truly enjoyed eating here. The food was very. The place was extremely clean. Staff pleasant and efficient. Had jukebox that played fifty's music which was fun to listen to.
Needed lunch and decided to stop by A&W so I could get a rootbeer freeze with my meal. Staff was friendly and seemed happy to be at work. Food was hot and fresh. Best fries I've ever had at A&W .
The A&W is in the same building as Long John Silvers, I read bad reviews about LJS , so I never went there. The Sign on Hwy 25 only says a free root beer float with gas fill up. Nothing indicating A&W is the Main Restaurant with a full A&W Theme inside. The place is great brings back old times of going to A&W getting car service and drinking Ice Cold Root beer. 12 Full size booths, great A&W art on the walls. All you can drink A&W and if you ask you can get it a real Mug to drink it with. (Not Frosted though) The Papa Burger is great, better than most of the burgers served in Belen and Cheaper $7.80 Combo with Drink and your choice of 5 different sides. The Meat hangs out of the Bun with generous cheese melted and delicious. Just like the original. My new favorite place for a burger. If A&W can make a great combo affordable, why can't the rest of the places who serve burgers.
