Had a great lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was excellent and our food came out quickly even with them being busy. Root beer was great as always. Stop in when you're in the area.
If you are in A&W fan, this is a must stop. The atmosphere has that lovely mom and pop 50's diner feel. The staff is lovely. The drive-thru is extremely quick. The outside seating is great. And the food is among probably the best in the chain business's line. I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied with this fast food here. And I don't think I will be if things keep up the way they are. Compared to the other fast food places in the area I think this one triumphs over all.
Hands down the best A&W around.
I'm not sure how the other burger restaurants in the area stay in business. Everything from service to atmosphere and great food at reasonable prices make this our favorite stop in Baldwin. Warning: When ordering the must-have root beer float, be sure to have a plan to prevent overflowing as you don't want to waste any of your treat.
Stopped here on my way to my sisters on our Thanksgiving vacation. It was 9pm and I was so thankful they were still open. They have a full service restaurant in side and it is like going back in time. Everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious. They still have the frosty mug for your root beer float. My boys enjoyed the jukebox. I would definitely recommend stopping here and enjoying a relaxing meal with your family. Make sure to buy yourself one of the root beer mugs they are very affordable.
Stopped here on the way home from crystal cave. Very impressed. Food was fresh and service was great. Brings back memories.

Out of all the A&W's I have been to, this one had the least amount of toppings on my coney's with cheese. And that is hundreds of A&W's. The hot dog was placed on top of the bun. Not actually IN the bun if you know what I mean. This leaves no room for toppings. Slight amount of cheese. Even slighter amount of coney sauce. Pretty much all bun. Not at all consistent with the rest of the chain. I wouldn't come back to this establishment. There are plenty of others that do it right
I love this A&W! Wonderful staff, great food, and the dine-in service makes it such an extra special experience. Fun decor, everything is clean, and you can tell there's a lot of pride involved in running the place. Can't wait to come back.
