Best WLM Reviews
I am addicted to the cheese curds.
Once a week, I treat myself on my cheat day.
I will only come to the 6th ave location. The staff is friendly and the service is great every time. They know me by name and always address me appropriately.
The cheese curds are a cook to order item, so they are fresh every time. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for good food and great service.
A and W is a great place. Food is decent and no wait time. However there are no gluten free options. Pretty good place. Good rootbeer foat and burger
Definitely has that frosty mug taste
Would definitely recommend
The food was phenomenal the cheese curds were great! The burger was also pretty good, the floats are the best, but the fries are kinda... Meh the service is fine not the best ever but fine the restaurant does need to be cleaned though the food is great though!!
Sarah M. Is rude. Her nails are disgusting to be working with food. They were slow to take our order, just ignored us. The food took forever and our hot dog was microwaved. First and last visit for cold food and no napkins and attitude.
Love the rootbeer floats and shakes but that all I would get anymore. Their staff not professional they are just there. Lobby not very clean. No impressed at all. A&W needs to start over again and have great food, staff, and cleanliness.
All my corn dog nuggets were dumped into the bottom of the bag. After waiting 20 minutes for my food. And my root beer tasted nasty.
The shift lead tonight needs to learn customer service. Her attitude and vibe is way off. I know damn well the Gm at this location does not allow this behavior. He needs to retrain or hire new Manager except 2 I have delt with. But Geez she needs to check her attitude .
Wow. The service was AWFUL and food was below average. Ordered at the drive thru, no polite greeting, no totals given, no asking what dipping sauces offered for our 3 different chicken strip meals, just told to pull up the window after we ordered.
When we got to the window, I realized we missed an item to order. I asked to place another order, since no one was in line behind me, and the woman responded, "You're supposed to do that back there." while pointing to the drive thru speaker. She was incredibly rude through the payment process for our initial order, and second order. I checked for name tags, and it didn't appear that the two women who assisted us thought they were necessary. After looking through other reviews, it's probably so we can't call them out by name.
Two out of three drinks were not correct. We were given 3 Pepsis even though we ordered an iced tea and Dr. Pepper as well. Plus, the sodas were all very flat. Chicken nuggets and chicken strips were pretty soggy as well. As mentioned before, we were never offered any dipping sauce for any of our meals either. We just moved to the area this weekend, so we don't really have anything at home for condiments yet. And we don't think we will be visiting them again any time soon!
