Papa Burger was good. Root beer was good. The cheese curds that came with the meal must have been heated in the microwave and were just about one big lump instead of individual curds.
This loaction is really fithly. Flies everywhere, kitchen and dining room. Fruit flies all over soda fountain. Employees making milkshakes and drinking/ eating them at the register. Dining room not clean. One employee brought out a ladder and started to clean out the soda fountain ice maker while we were eating, makinghus question if we were gonna get sick from nasty ice. Just not a good experience.
I had to give this restaurant three stars due to the fact it took me over 10 minutes to get my so-called "fast food". The restaurant itself was fairly clean and the food was definitely on the better side of fast food for this area. True to nature in this area the staff lacked common courtesy and they were extremely slow. I would probably eat here again because the fish sandwiches were actually good.
Wow....I got a small fry and 3 pcs of fish a tad bit bigger than a McDs chicken nugget I included a pic with my review and it cost me $9.99!!! A small freaking fry for God sake! The fish was absolutely horrible I'm never coming back here again and the lady tried to sneak a milkshake in there without me knowing it wich was an additional 5 bucks that's how I caught it. No don't ever ever EVER eat here! Ever
I can’t really complain about the quality of the food, as it was just what I was expecting from a place like this. Service was quick. I will say I’m always amazed how people can have your food completely packaged and ready to hand to you, and then suddenly they get sidetracked yapping their flaps to a coworker and completely forget you’re standing 2 feet away.
What I can complain about is the fact that this place probably had not had its tables and chairs wiped down all day, and there is not a single clean place to sit in the whole establishment. Oh, and if you need to use the restroom, I think I’d pick someplace other than the BP station attached to this joint. It was disgusting!
Service was a bit slow but the food was good and my son loved the milkshake.
The server made some extremely rude comments and forgot parts of my order the burger was mangled and half way off the bottom bun the toppings for the burger looked like they were just lazily thrown on absolutely sickening how this place has become
Wait - 20 minutes
Atmosphere - quiet. No music playing and employees were yelling in the kitchen.
Price - I paid 22 dollars for a combo meal and a burger. So not great imo.
Quality - bland, cold, tough chicken, and under seasoned in general.
Service - not bad, but not warm.
