I got a Mani and a Pedi and Adrienne was amazing ???? She was very attentive and very detailed. She made my experience wonderful. She was super sweet and kept me laughing. She gave me tips on maintenance which I appreciate. I will definitely be back to experience the pampering and good vibes.
I had an amazing experience at A Touch of Rain. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so lively. Mya was the one who did my nails and she was great. Due to me being an athlete she made it the perfect length. Loved the experience and will be returning very soon.
i recently got my nails done at this place. kind customer service, but my nails weren’t as well done. i’m new to manicures so maybe this is normal wear and tear, but i was told i could expect my nails to last for at least two weeks. it’s been one week. upon returning home i realized that some of the nails were unevenly coated. i was leaving for a trip the following day and could not make it back within the 3-day window they offer for touch ups. but now the gel on my left thumb has chipped off. ????
all in all the nails were really cute to begin with, but didn’t last as long as i thought.
Sorry, I did not share my nails and feet when I first had them done but these are photos of my nails and feet over a month after I had them done. I visited the shop on July 12, 2024. I got a full set with Tiana with designs and my feet done, I will definitely be returning. I love the atmosphere and was very happy with the outcome. Do yourself a favor and come see them.
Faith did my nails at A Touch of Rain and she did an amazing job. Definitely request her when you go, best nail tech hands down. She had an amazing attention to detail, so polite and gave me such a great design with nail art. Great experience, atmosphere, and amazing results. 10/10
If you’re in need of a fresh full set, eyebrow services or a facial in the Larchmere neighborhood, in Cleveland, A Touch of Rain is your spot! The service, vibes, energy, drinks, and laughs are purely amazing. Jasmine, Shanequa, Adrienne, and Miss Darlene were nothing short of lovely. They aided the customers to their chairs, communicated effectively, and kept us lifted up spiritually with high vibes. You will absolutely LOVE them. All Cleveland residents, born and raised. They’ll show you a good time. Come and see!
My nails came out ok but I was expecting a better experience considering the reviews.
4 stars for how my nails came out. I did have to ask her to fix a few things to make the shapes the same but I like them over all.
Less stars for the customer service - they don't let you know how long the wait would be for walk ins. No estimation or anything. Super dodgy about giving an answer.
Loud family atmosphere if you're interested in having that in a nail salon.
Messy and unpolished environment. Everyone was kind.
Good in a pinch but not a luxury experience.
