This place is absolutely fantastic! Their food and prices on Doordash were the best looking in the area we were staying in ???? Our family of 5 got the 24 Wings with 2 Large sides (Cajun pasta & mashed potatoes) and Soul Puffs (10) and it was the perfect amount of food! I would recommend an extra jug of juice because it was great and we could've definitely drank more!
The lady who gave us our food was so lovely and the place was so authentic and smelled so good. The food was amazing, the Jamaican jerk chicken was so flavorful and the buffalo wings were honestly better than Anchor Bar. Everyone was super impressed with the pound cake, and that says a lot as I'm a baker ???? Definitely recommend ????????
Do not order! It was gross, they were missing items I paid $40 and got half my order and never got refunded. They did not put the stuff in the bag which tells me they do not care about their customers. The yams taste horrible, the Mac and cheese is very bland. First time ordering and never again. Don’t waste your money. Use some seasoning and read the order when you pack it. got Green beans instead of collard Greens like wow. Ruined my whole night.
This place is perfect by my tastes. In the current climate of dining out there's endless super-pretentious local restaurants pushing kitschy gimmicks that make you miss regular old McDonald's. This place just makes richly delicious soul food and she will yell at you for not ordering any veggies with your fried chicken, cuz honestly if she didn't check me on that then frankly nobody will. So thanks for that Taste of Soul.
Fried chicken, greens, Mac cheese are all so delicious, catfish tacos wow I think are even better. I heard that the oxtail soup is spectacular and I believe it. I am gonna assume probably everything is.
It isn't cheap, but it's not overpriced for the area and the market there.
Also it's HALAL now so they'll be seeing more of me probably.
Try taste of soul and PLEASE, Don't do takeout, eat it there. Be part of the community.
Oh they have their own twist on banana pudding, it has cinnamon in it! It was good, myself personally I prefer the traditional way.
Food is absolutely phenomenal, the host is an extraordinary human being, is a place where you can feel and taste the love that is put into the food that comes out of the kitchen, if you're on Buffalo don't miss the chance to try delicious food in an incredible family atmosphere.

Oh my goodness! The food was just delicious. I had fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. Everything was nothing but spectacular. I will be getting my soul food from here from now on, and it was delivered. You have too try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
Nasty chicken and fish cook in dirty old oil.. this was gross Mac taste like water and didn’t receive what we ask for.. my coworkers will eat anything and he trough the whole meal in the garbage along with the rest of ours and do ask for a refund these people might find you and curse to ssa out
Best Rasta Pasta and chicken wing dip
Prices are fair and mama soul has such a bubbly personality. First time trying them I came 30 mins away from NT to come try the food. Good deal and delicious. Thanks mama soul!

First and last time ever ordering from here again. I finally decided to try this place out and this is what they served. Using old grease to cook their food. Dry thin slices of cake that crumbles before you can take out the box of chicken. Surprised they put on top of the chicken like this. Mac and cheese looks like it's lacking cheese to hold it together also. Maybe they don't offer baked Mac n cheese. They could do better
