Best WLM Reviews
I grew up eating authentic Indian food because I had a family member from India. So I have always loved it but held a high standard for what it should be.
Taste of India is absolutely authentic Indian food. Everything I have ever had there is always great, I take lots of other people here as well and no one has ever complained about the food or service. I love taking people that have never tried Indian food before here so they can try it the way it should be. And they always love it, even kids love this place! The American food they serve as an option for kids is still homemade and fresh, you can't go wrong.
This is one of those family owned local spots that you love to share with people. The owners end up knowing who you are and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. This is absolutely one of my favorite spots in all of Fort Wayne!
Actually called yummy Thai
Very very good food and big proportions too. Kinda expensive, like the crab ragoon are like 7 bucks for 6. But my gosh they are clearly made fresh. And the cook lady is the one that serves the food which I liked.. I highly recommend this place. It doesn't look like much, but trust me, it's worth it!
I have to eat here AT LEAST once a month. Best Indian in town! Miss their buffet.
The Chicken Tikka Masala, vegetable pakora, naan, and mango lasai are our go-to order.
Over the years, we've tried a number of other dishes. Close contenders are the Chicken Vindaloo (about same level of spice as the Masala) and the Tandoori Chicken. Both very good! Also, the Gulab Jamun and Rice Kheer desserts are too notch.
Their aalo paratha, chai and raita is pretty good to snack on. They have large variety of vegetarian and non- vegetarian menu. They no longer have buffet. Overall nice place to eat south asian Indian Pakistani food.
I got the coconut tilapia Curry with some garlic Naan and it was delicious! I saw the reviews for the lady owner and I can see where they're coming from. She's quick and to the point, which I admired, but some describe as rude. My drank never fell below half and my food came straight out hot and fresh from the kitchen. I'll take efficiency over flattery any day.
Food, service, and atmosphere are amazing. Food prepared fresh, fresh, fresh. What a delight
I order here panner makhni and chicken curry there is no taste and food like 2 days old making so please don’t order these items very bad experience no fresh food I ordered those items they serve with in two minutes how food gonna be fresh made ????????
Bad experience. Don’t recommend at all. Average food. But very dirty inside, tables and crockeries unclean. The whole time I was there super annoying loud music was playing, not a good environment for dining in. Staff behavior good so 2 stars for that. If you are looking for indian cuisine just go to Taj mahal
