My gf and I were in Dallas tonight and we found this place to eat before making the drive back home. It was soooooooo good! The ladies in there are super friendly and considerate, and the food was phenomenal. (Good portions and great tasting) It was a small wait bc the food is made to order but we were still checked on and they had the tv going and art on the ceiling tiles to look at. Will definitely go back if we are in Dallas!
I’ve passed by this place hundreds of times. Saw reviews on Nextdoor and other places and decided to give it a try. My family and I were disappointed. The chicken tasted like gas station chicken that was cooked(not bad but definitely not what was expected). I don’t even know how to explain the Mac, but it wasn’t good and the greens were bland. The service was slow even though they didn’t seem busy.. I wouldn’t revisit.
If you want deliscious Southern cooking without all that grease and sugar come here. The food is good, the staff and kitchen are kind and accommodating. True Southern hospitality you long for and like to keep coming back to.
You will love their hocakes especially hot off the griddle.
Their beans has ground meat which is delicious
And collards, hmmm hmmm
Other food is good too but that's what I ate today.
I forgot to take the picture before I started eating my food halfway thru. That's why not do much food. I was hangry.

I Really didn't want to Post this Review.
But I had too.
I haven't been to this place in a Long time.
So I decided to go yesterday.
When I say this place has totally changed.
I didn't even Recognize the inside.
The Inside was very Grimmy and dirty.
Unfortunately The Food wasn't good at all either.
I Odered Chicken Livers for myself and Chicken tenders and Fries for my husband.
His Chicken Tenders looked Brown like my Chicken livers.
Wow Never seen this before.
Unfortunately we won't be back.
So sorry the Quality isn't the same as it use to be when it 1st Opened.

The CSR was great.
The Food was pretty good.
Based on recommendations from neighbors had to try the food and it is fried deliciousness! Clean and friendly environment, cooked to order. Had pork chops, chicken livers, fried squash, fried okra, hush puppies, Mac and cheese and green beans. Solid comfort food and will visit again.
Was told about Cindy's Kitchen by a local. Visited for a late lunch. Staff was friendly and the food was very good. I had the BBQ Pork Platter with Mac & Cheese and Fried Okra. Inside is very clean and plenty of dine in space. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
By far the best food we have had in a very long time Everything and Everyone was great. See pictures and it will melt your mouth. Down right great cooking and the sweet tea was bussing
Oh my goodness! I needed some comfort food and ordered Uber Eats from here. It was delicious!!!! I had two pork chops (which were huge!!) mac and cheese, pintos, collards, okra, green beans and cornbread. I had enough to carry my lunch the next day..and work out extra hard tomorrow. I had no idea this was in town. I’ve driven by it everyday.
