I came 1 rst time to this location ask to make me pedicure/gel and full set ambre nails gel … I even brought a picture and women ask me to check in and same women make 1 rst my pedicure and nails . I show the picture from the beginning and she said she could do it .1st table the colors do not match at all!!! I just very upset to wear this ugly looking nails and pay for a new full set . Yes they gave me like 5 or 10 dollars discount it it is not what I ask to do and now I have to go to different place just to remove it and ruin my natural nails .. Look at 1 st picture that’s what I ask to do and on 2nd picture how my nails been done in dark colors ! .Pedicure looks nice even my big toe on a left she cut and it was bleeding ..it is happens but to be honest 2 time in my life .
“I am very upset”””and . can not believe she try to fix it and polish on a top of blue pounder regular pink gel polish .. also after pedicure she ask me to sit at the table to start to do my nails and the towel looks dirty to me .I ask if that towel she took after my pedicure because my toe was bleeding she said no it’s just when they polish nails after they wash towels pain doesn’t go away ..????
I paid $40 for a gel fill with trim and they look great in my opinion Julie did her thang. She even let me borrow her phone stand cause she saw me struggling. Last time I came I was serviced by michael and he also did a great job. New to the area so I’m happy I found another great nail lounge. And I love the new seating.
Update on review. I worked with a different lady this time I’m assuming the manager but she rushed the hell out of my nails. I originally wanted them short so she added a few tips to a few of my nails and then I noticed the thumbs and one pinky were going to be shorter than the rest I said something and she said no no it’ll look beautiful as she finished filling hard asl I mentioned it again and told her to just add tips to each one so she used the thing to file some off almost burning my nail cause she kept telling the walkins on 5 mins only 6 mins don’t leave didn’t have me wash my hands filed fast asl gave me one swipe of clear glue polish even cut her self in the process I said only one swipe of polish she said yes yes we go fast today I said nah you going fast and I don’t liked being rush gave me a $5 off coupon and said next time make an appointment which I shouldn’t have to if I was already in the chair 10 mins before the walkins came in like they can wait to be seen just like me. I have never felt so dismissed in my life while getting my nails done. I will make sure to only go to the guy who did my nails the first time and never her again. You can see the difference between the first time which are the pictures and the second time which is the video. I’m so mad.
Was able to walk in and the pedicure was amazing.
The technician is Vicki and she really did an amazing pedicure. I would recommend them for sure. Ive been in the beauty business my whole life and this is the real deal, you will not regret it!!
I’ve been going here for years. My nail tech for pedicure and no chip manicure was Nancy. She was fantastic. Very much in demand. New nail techs recently. Most have been good. I am leaving here now on 7/15 at 4pm after an attempt at a pedicure. The gal cut my toe and did an awful job I leaving with no pedicure and no manicure. She couldn’t finish the job because I’m still bleeding. I’m not upset but very calm but honestly I’m surprised this salon stays in business. I’m still bleeding
I got a fill-in and I asked the gentleman to clip up the areas that were lifting. He basically wouldn't do it and laid the gel on top of my nails without filing or clipping up the lifted areas. It was an overlay on my natural nails. I had one nail that had completely came off and he insisted on putting a tip on this nail. Needless to say that new nail lifted completely off within a week. I am so tired of these nail salons charging ridiculous prices for poor quality. $45 for a fill, with no polish... I may not be able to get my money back but this review is forever! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I’ve been here already 3 times. Each time with a different tech. The first time I came, the tech did them so quick and they looked nice. Second time it was a man that began the work, but the tech from my first visit finished the job. This last time I went, the service was so bad and unfortunately I didn’t even realize what a horrible job the lady did until I stepped outside into good lighting. I get acrylic with no chip on. My nails look so uneven with the color, you can see the acrylic looks bumpy or maybe it’s even the no chip gel. Regardless they look bad. Then I noticed some messed up areas and bubbles with the color. Then on top of it all, they did NOT tell me there would be an increase in what they charge for the service until after I was getting ready to pay, and when I asked the lady nicely if their prices had gone up she pointed at a paper on the glass protector screen thing and told me “put your card in” in a very rude manner not even letting me read the paper first! I’m not going back. I used to go to Deluxe nails and would always be so happy with my nails. I don’t even get anything crazy just basic no chip so how they messed it up like this I have no clue. I wanted to go back and demand a refund but the attitude I got from the lady I just didn’t want to start an argument there. Just beware. They’ll up charge you out of nowhere and deliver horrible service. My nails look like a kid did them. Paid 40$ for this. Don’t come here
Pedicure was okay, the actual spa portion was awesome but the paint job was eh, could have been better if he wasn’t in a hurry. My actual fill in was horrible. The lady Kim, rushed, I explained to her 5 different times on what I wanted and she still did not do it correctly. My first visit here was amazing which prompted me to come back but after this visit, I won’t be coming back.
