I’m never one to leave bad reviews but this was not a good nail experience for me. I went in to get an acrylic full set. I was then they basically MADE me get a gel set. 3 days later a nail popped off. I went for a repair and then they didn’t listen to anything I said. I was given an acrylic repair with a different color shade. It has now been another 2 days and another nail has popped off. I do not do any crazy work with my hands and have never had this issue before. Really unhappy with this service and the way customers are treated.
Marsella was the best! She knows exactly how to do the mani and pedi! She knows how to treat customers and make them happy! She goes beyond the extra mile!! Always ask for her!
The technician that was working on my nieces nails use a Metal carbide bit at 12RPMs( this is an unsafe speed of the nail efile for the natural nails) , Natural now leaving rings of fire and gouges her natural nails. This is so incredibly unsafe , and so very uneducated of this technician!! I’m so upset that she paid and didn’t stand up for herself. She is in pain when she uses her hands .
The next day, I went back to speak with the owner. They were not there but the woman whom I had discontent with and I had a productive conversation and apologized.
One of the techs listened to me and was so respectful and kind. I truly appreciate her! I unfortunately do not remember her name but she is the second station to the right upon entering. She convinced me to finish my nails and did an outstanding job.
I would like to thank her for being a nice person and treating me with dignity and respect. Bless her for making things right!
I am happy we were able to resolve this matter and hopefully grow as better human beings.

Racist establishment against African Americans! Upon entering, I was asked what I wanted to do. I told the lady and marked it on the paper they gave you upon entering. I marked a deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax, a complete set on my nails, and French. She said long or short nails. I said medium. She said ok, and French is extra. I said ok. The total would be $155. No problem.
Halfway through my pedicure, the lady in the pink dress starts working on my nails. I said I wanted a point, and she said no, you want a coffin. I said fine. The lady asked me if I wanted my French line thick or thin. I said thin, then the lady in the pink dress doing my nails said no, you won't thick. I said okay.
Then the lady, upon my entry, comes up to me and tells me it will be $30 more for long nails. I said I told you and the lady in the pink I want medium if you feel like the are long cut them down.
Then she asks me to pay for my services before my work is done. I give her my apple pay. She says its not working. They have old card machine that does not take apple pay but instead of saying that she makes it seem like my card has no money. I leave my phone and go in my car for cash. I give the lady two hundred dollars and tell her to keep the change. Then sit down and ask her to cut my nails off. She refuses. I asked them do they collect payment from everyone before services are completed or just me. I walked out with undone nails. These people are horrible and disgusting human beings. They do not deserve to be in business.
I went initially to get a pedi with gel polish which I was told 52$, in the middle of my walk in I asked to get a gel full set, which they told me was 50 $ ultimately to spend 107$. 4 of my “gel” nails broke within 1 hour of leaving the shop. I went back the next day for them to get fixed. Yep they fixed them by adding acrylic over my gel nails, told me it was my fault that they broke because my natural nails were too short, and went through 2 techs to get a job I paid for completed. They rushed BOTH times, even though I was told that they wouldn’t. And the pictures are attached for the “done over/re-do” job.
They joked cause I came in the very next day after the initial appointment. ???????? “you not coming back tomorrow”
Nah. I’m not. I won’t be back ever.
Over priced priced, kinda professional, and yep! Nope…
But you got my money… won’t happen anymore.

I followed my nail tech Marcella here recently when she relocated from another spa in Raleigh. The staff is very courteous and kind. I traveled almost 30 minutes from Northwest Raleigh for a Gel-X manicure and spa pedicure. My Gel-X service looks like my natural nails. Very durable. I have been receiving services from Marcella for over a year now. She is meticulous about her work and ensures that her clients are always treated like family. I scheduled my mom for a Gel mani- pedi service and she absolutely loved her experience with Holly. The customer service is impeccable. The front desk receptionist was very professional and was able to squeeze us both in for same day appointments. Thank you to the staff !
I really question the sanitation of this place and would not recommend anyone go here. The cuticle tools used on my nails were not taken out of anything sealed despite the tech saying they were cleaned between clients. During my cuticle removal two spots began to bleed and my tech put something directly on them (I assume to stop the bleeding, however seems unsanitary as I'm sure she uses this exact bottle with others) and then rubbed it in with her bare hands. I immediately ended the service early and went to pay for my gel removal and I did not see her wash or use hand sanitizer on her hands before checking me out, after having touched my bloody cuticle. The file and buffer were also clearly used between clients as well.
If I could do half stars, I'd say I'd give them 3.5 it's not that service was bad or atypical I suppose. Prices seem to be "market value".
I definitely felt the lady that did my dip nails was rushing, which was the end of the day, we were thr last ones in there. So now I see a bunch of ridges in the matte ones, and some of the "shaping" is a hair off.
I appreciate the patience the lady exhibited. But I don't think I'll go back.
