These 2 people were the rudest nail techs I have dealt with. The man about scrubbed the top of my feet raw, then he cut my big toe.
Was upset when I had a hard time finding the right color.
Then the lady did my "manicure " if that's what you call it. She started to file my left had and I told her she needed to cut down to match my right hand. No soaking, no lotion, just cut, file, and color. Absolutely in the biggest hurry. My nails look
like crap, but will have them fixed elsewhere.
Don't even think about this place.... RUN AWAY!
Gel polish on toes, dip on fingers, $90.00 + c.c.fee.
I love and need a nice natural short nail for work and they are perfect. I love the tap gel it lasts me three weeks, always efficient and nicely done. ☺️ would recommend. Many of my colleagues come here too!
Male technician was rude and had an attitude when I asked him to shape my nails a bit more. I ended up leaving with dry crusty cuticles. Dip under my nails and still bad shape. I’m going to have to go home and file them myself or to be honest take them off.
I giving them one star cause u like my nails but they r rude I don't know why I got racist vibes from the beginning but I don't get bothered by stuff like that because we r all equal so I kept going I pay 55 every time I go for tap to be put on my nails she rushes every time I don't know why but anyways she had missed a spot I was really nice about it I showed her I like my stuff to look neat im paying y not but anyways she tells me she want do my nails nomore I was complaining I was like cause I showed her a mistake I was like wow and her husband is very very rude my mom said she got bad vibes soon she walked in
I'm giving it a one because the nails weren't bad. In fact he did pretty good on the shape. The customer service, however, was awful! I've never been treated so rude by a nail technician in my entire life. I was nothing but kind to him. I even tried to encourage conversation... He scolded me multiple times, jerked my hand around, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to him. He also tried to push gel polish instead of regular polish on me, so finally I caved and said yes. The gel he chose didn't match my already painted toes at all, so I kept telling him to try to find a better color match. He got mad at me and said go find it yourself and went to start filling up somebody else's pedicure tub. I'm not sure how I was supposed to find the right color if he couldn't, because he already scolded me once for opening the fingernail polish to check if the color on the inside matched the color on the label. I also just feel like if you're going to push gel polish on me, you should know for sure that there's a color match to the toes you already did. Finally I told him, "You know what? Never mind. Let's just use the polish I did for my toes so we know it's a match." He said too late! We've already put the clear gel coating over your nails. So I sheepishly walked over to the gel polish section and started thumbing through the polishes having no idea what would match because none of the colors matched the labels so far... Finally a lady (another customer) came up to me and said here are color swatches on actual nails so you can match them to your toes. I said oh thank you so much! I haven't had my nails done in like 15 years and didn't even know color swatches existed. I'm not sure why he couldn't tell me that instead of embarrassing me and making me feel bad. It was just an overall terrible experience and I was anxious and ready to leave the entire time. I would not go back.
Husband and wife duo may not be the most overly friendly and talkative but they are professional and provide a quiet atmosphere to relax and get your nails done. They are open to communication if something is not right or painful and are very knowledgeable and helpful. They do consistently nice work for me and are always accommodating to my random walk ins.
Cuts, cuts, and more cuts! I have cuts on the top and below! My fingers are burning and the glue stuck under my nail is pulling back a cut if i put the slightest pressure on it. Don’t waste your money. This place does things as fast as they can with low quality work to show. Believe me they earned every 1 star review they have.
What a nice, clean salon. Went for a pedicure at 3:00pm no wait. Wonderful job, will definitely go here again!
