I’ve been coming to this office for years now and I highly recommend it. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor is very professional and Dr Troung knows her stuff. She is always keeping me up to date on what steps I need to take to remain healthy. The office is clean and it’s in a great safe location. 5 stars!!!
I've been going to her for years and always got the best care and all my concerns addressed. My recent experience consist me of not being heard at my ob-gyn for cancer concerns even though it runs in my family. I informed my PCP Hieu Truong and she ordered me the necessary tests turns out I wasn't imagining it and on the positive side it wasn't cancer. She offered me solutions and put my mind at ease. That's what you want in a good PCP someone that cares and hears your concerns. I will continue to recommend her over and over again.
I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Hieu Truong was on-time, knowledgeable, efficient and her staff was friendly and very welcoming! I am looking forward to my next visit!
I came here yesterday with an appointment at 10:30am but I misjudged the distance and ended up arriving at 10:05am. I filled out some paperwork & was called back right on time. The front desk girl was extremely plesant as was the medical assistant and Dr. Truong. I expressed a few concerns I was having and we are now working to fix them. I felt at ease & glad I found this practice!
I called to see if new patients were being accepted. The first person put me on hold after asking what insurance I had. The second person asked me to email a picture of the front and back of the cars. Did not all me for and ID number or is this what type of insurance this is. I am familiar with the numbers needed, and what info is needed as I have gotten my husband through 2 cancers and back surgery. For this, I will look elsewhere for a Primary Care provider.
My rating has been from experience over the course of 8 years. I rate fluidly as things change. I will state that this is my all-around rating for the time I've been here for the doctors and for their current location. Dr. Allen took me seriously, (even though I am my last priority since I have five children to care for). I'm so grateful he did because I now know where I medically stand with certainty. Further, they have treated all my children and Dr. Vidal has treated us with nothing but respect and helpfulness. We are very grateful to have these doctors and staff treat us to the best of their abilities.
I absolutely love this Office. Ive been managing mine and my family members care at this location. Whatever I have needed they have provided for us. Rather it was getting me referrals to all the Specialists my Family Member needed, emailing me a copy of my Family Members ID and Insurance Card because I left my wallet at home while we were at their Specialist appointment, getting us an appointment the next day when were not feeling well, taking their time listening to us describing the issue were having, being patient with me when Im having an anxiety attack in their Office.
Im very fortunate to have found this location. These people care about our health and making sure we stay healthy. I appreciate all the help the A Las Vegas Medical Group does for me and my Family Member. Thank you for caring about us!
We've been with A Las Vegas Medical Group for almost 5 years. In 2018 a physician who no longer works here saved my husband's life. Each Physician at this location is equally amazing especially Dr. Allen. I cannot express my gratitude for A Las Vegas Medical Group. Dr. Allen seamlessly took over my husbands very complex care and kept him stable for over 4 years now I cannot thank him enough. They have always let the patient lead the way and support them on their journey. I have never had an issue refilling medication, contacting my doctor, or getting an appointment. You guys have been amazing. Thank you ❤️
