I have been going to this place for years and I generally enjoyed the service. Definitely my favorite place for a quick and quality haircut.
However I think Jenny was probably new to haircuts and I've received probably the worst haircut I've ever got. It is not just about length and communication. It is more about the overall quality of the haircut. Basically Jenny does not seem to know how to do a even and natural haircut and has created messes all over my head. By the way this is the first time I see someone finishes a haircut with one hand.
I booked Jenny because I was on a tight schedule and I generally had great experience at this place. I didn't expect communication and haircut this bad. This experience is the worst and my hair got cut so short and terrible that it would take some weeks for it to grow back so that anyone can fix it. I do have important meetings very soon and this definitely does not help in anyway.
Anyways I hope anyone who sees this review avoid working with Jenny if you need to be in front of people and I hope Jenny can put heart into the work and actually acquire some basic skills and then do haircuts. We all should be respectful to the profession, the customers and the workplace.
It is eventually my own bad call to trust blindly too much and did not call things off when I notice the service provider did not seem to know what they were doing. But I want to leave this review here so that hopefully some folks can avoid a mess on their heads. Plan early and book other great stylists.
I have been going to Tony for the past year and he is the best barber in town. He does an amazing job and pays attention to details! I get my haircut and beard done with Tony and he has always made me look my best!

Been a regular customer here and have had different people cut my hair, and it's been a hit and miss many a times. But today was great! Slightly expensive though.
Got a great haircut from Brenda in Sunnyvale. Walked in on a weekday during lunch and was quickly seated. Showed her a reference photo and she did a great job asking questions and helping me get to a haircut I liked.
Everyone was friendly, but unfortunately just not a good experience. Not a single part of my hair was cut as described. Part of this may be language barrier, which is understandable, but not all. The stylist showed me the amount she planned to trim from the top, roughly 1/4 inch, and we agreed on it. I’m trying to keep the top longer. She cut off AT LEAST an inch. She just kept cutting the same 1/4 inch off over and over again. She also left the sides longer than requested, and my hard part is not on my actual part.
Nice service but they taxin! $55 for only scissor work, bro only cut the tips of my hair and cleaned up my face which I barely have any facial hair lol insane price never coming back again. That was a $25 worth haircut smfh

Great haircut - fast and friendly staff. Kathy quickly determined the cut and style needed - true professional, clear and concise in polite discussions concerning her service. Very reasonable price point - $30 for shampoo + scalp massage + haircut.
