Very different experience. I felt I was ridiculed for some plaque I had in my teeth and made to feel uncomfortable. I am 4 months pregnant and had a small cavity that the dentist refused to fill even with a provided doctors note from my OBGYN. It stated in black and white that fillings are OK. He seemed to not want to make the time for a needed medical treatment. The entire vibe and feel was different and will not be going back.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! This place has a horrible rating for a reason! I would never let anyone I care about go here. After dealing with years of excruciating pain and getting brushed off I finally started seeing a real dentist recently who confirmed that A+ dental completely botched my crown and multiple fillings which was causing nonstop infections and pain. They even ground down a perfectly good tooth almost to the nerve that I now have to get extracted all because she couldn’t make the badly sized crown fit in my mouth. I’m now going to lose multiple teeth at a young age because of their carelessness. I truly feel as though they ruined my life.
I had been going to a+ for about 3 years now. Over that time I have had some dental work done. Including a root canal and crown put on. After a bit the area where the crown was starting to get irritated and cause pain as well as swelling. I went in and she asked me to water floss around the area better and use a mouthwash (that I actually could not use due to a wisdom tooth removal that I got done with an oral surgeon through a different office thank goodness). Flashback to a couple of years going in where they told me that the pain I was feeling in my teeth were not teeth related must be sinus related, I became skeptical after the handling of my root canal and crown swelling & got a second opinion. Low and behold they confirmed to me that the crown and root canal that had been done was causing many issues including jaw pain and headaches (crown was way too big bite was off) plus caused my gums many issues. Now I have to get the crown taken off to let my gums heal and then after they will have to evaluate further for the root canal (that they also said was done poorly. Please don't be like me and not trust your gut. After struggling with pain for a while, I could have saved myself time. Just by getting a second opinion. Don’t go here
I work for another dental office and have been trying for over a month now to help a mutual patient get her records sent over to our office. The patient has been calling as well and still no luck. You legally have 30 days to send the records over once the release form is signed. It has been over a month and they still have yet to send anything over. I called this morning and finally after a long wait time, i got someone but they were from support and couldn’t help me with a single thing. I asked to be transferred to the office manager and i was told the phone in the office is busy. You only have one phone?? I spent 20 minutes on the phone again trying to get ahold of someone in the office and ended up hanging up because i couldn’t keep wasting my time while I’m at work. The fact they can’t take 2 minutes out of their day to send records so this patient doesn’t have to spend more money out of pocket says it all. DO NOT go here. The good reviews you see have to be employees or are paid. Stay away.
I had the best cleaning of my life today. The staff was amazing. Super friendly desk people, cleaning tech did an amazing job. Quick and efficient. Super helpful asked a lot if question and I felt was all around at ease with the process. The dentist was so helpful and kind. Came up with a treatment plan and what to expect in the next follow up visits.
This was by far on if the only times I felt this comfortable in a dentist chair.
DISHONEST. Reneges on commitments. Went to consult for extraction when THEY told me they took my insurance. They were supposed to call me in next few days for extraction appointment. A week passed, so I called them they said hold tight we're on it. Another week "Oh the insurance company owes us money so you have to pay up front." Were you planning to ever TELL THE PATIENT?? Violates god knows how many medical and insurance regulations they are violating.
I went here years ago and I can't express enough just how bad this place was to me. I went in to get a checkup and they told me that my teeth were good and I had no cavities. I have never in my entire life went to a dentist and not had a cavity. So I went somewhere else right away to get a 2nd opinion and yup I was right, I had cavities. Why did they discriminate against me and not want to fix my mouth? Horrible dentist. I hope she isn't still there.
My initial visit for a cleaning and check up was excellent. Returned for bonding. On return I was asked to sign for fillings not bonding. Was told fillings were for cavities but was informed I had no cavities. Communication was appalling from front desk staff and dentist. Appointment was cancelled due to misinformation.
