This place has changed on the inside, with two registers one for pick up and “order here” is nice. I was able to walk in and just give my name to pay for my order. The previous owners were great I loved them and the quality of the food I received was always on point. Today I didn’t see a difference other than it now being set up with a second register. The food was hot and good, the staff was friendly and quick. Glad to know although there’s been a change in staff, they didn’t budge on the quality or service given.

The food is good but service NEEDS to be better, do not work a job that requires customer service skills if you clearly lack them. The front service lady who looks maybe early 40s and is Hispanic should just do her job without the side comments, please and thank you.
The young Hispanic lady at the front deck that claims to be the manager is rude and needs to attend managers school! The wings where over cooked,thin like dry fried bones! Fries not done all the way through, had the nerve to put seasoning on them. The worst 16$ I've spent in a long time. Would have been better out just taking my 16$ and buying wings and cooking them myself. And when I called back to complain the lady said I was the only one that had complained. Obviously she has not looked at the reviews. I will definitely not be back
I got scammed 20 dollars (plus 50 cents for the extra sauce) food wasn't like the pictures showed. I got a baby sandwich on mine ????????????
This was my first time here. Customer service was good. The food is not so much... I ordered a 10 piece wing combo with fries, the sign said that the combos came with the drink, but when I asked they said it would be extra, so no drink and that "combo" was $14. 49 no drink the fries were limp not crispy as if they were sitting in a warmer. I also ordered shrimp fried rice and a 6 piece wing at $12.49... It was the worst shrimp fried rice I have ever had. There were little to no shrimp, and the shrimp that was there looked so small and tiny, had no good flavor and no eggs you can tell it was made with cheap ingredients. All the wings that I ordered were over cooked... We did not finish our meals and ended up throwing it in the trash, just like I did my $30 that I spent in a food place for over cooked, no shrimp, no drink combos.. If you like wings and or shrimp fried rice, this is not the place....
This and Hutchins BBQ were my favorite places to eat when I lived in McKinney 5 years ago, came back this weekend and they are still just as good. Best wings in McKinney! The Lemon Pepper flavor is perfect and I also love their Philly Cheesesteaks. It’s not a fancy spot and it’s pretty small but don’t let that deter you. It’s great
I have been a patron of this restuarant for the past 8 years. I have never been disrespected like this in my life. I ordered from this restaurant July 15th, in the evening. The next day (July 16th), I woke up around 5 am in the morning and throw up there food around 4 to 5 times the next day. I called them late yesterday, and the attendant said that she will call me back and she never did. I called the restaurant back
the next day (today) and I gave them the option to remake the food or give me a refund. They chose to remake the food. The manager (female manager)told me that once you receive this, you are not allowed to come back to do business with my place again and suggested to me that I may have digestive problems. First of all, she is not my doctor and to have the audacity to say that to me was beyond me. I believe there is new management or something. Whoever the manager is very rude . I would highly recommend no one should go there. I have been a customer at this establishment for 8 to 9 years. EVERYONE, Beware and stay clear.
