Great bakery on the south side of Minneapolis
My sister’s been a lifelong baker and she approves. That gives it five stars definitely worth the calories. ! lol
I don’t think you can go wrong with just about anything you purchase here.
I want to love this place... Some changes could be made. I'm confused why old fashioned donuts are nearly impossible to come by and instead there are tons of raised donuts that don't seem to move. I had a slice of black forest cake last week and it was super dry--either a concern of cooling or old...regardless, I wish there were some standards to follow with regard to freshness. All this to say, I appreciate the kindness every staff member gives when I'm there. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are also pretty solid. I love neighborhood bakeries and this one could be better with some mindful choices of freshness and variety of offerings.
This is the 1st time I entered to this store there are so many items to try and taste is very good but felt it’s too much sugar though it was good
Great place and fairly friendly staff. I say fairly because part of the staff was friend who were assisting. I tried to just be nice to the others and just kind of looked at me.
Other than that. Amazing sweets. Great selection. From cupcakes, cakes, to donuts!! It’s about a 15 - 20 min hike from airport but well worth the visit. Great coffee shop next door. Kill 2 birds one stone.
I love this place. I do want to cry every time I go in and it's not even 830am and they are out of the Croissants and no intentions of making more.
It's really the only reason I come in. Unfortunately i have had to order more things and expand my pallet with the tea cakes and bars. I really enjoy them too, but the ham n cheese or spinach Croissants are Where it's AT!

I placed a phone order the night before for 10 glazed, 10 chocolate with sprinkles, and 10 maple donuts. This morning, I went in to pick up my order, which was the first time ordering from here for our company. After paying and taking the box to the office, I discovered they had given us chocolate donuts without sprinkles, they were also missing one glazed (in the photo two glazed donuts were taken already - still only adds to 9 qty) and upon checking the receipt, I noticed I was charged incorrectly. I was charged 20 glazed and 10 frosted donuts. Worked out for me because the glazed was cheaper than the frosted and it basically covered my missing donut anyways . Despite this, the donuts are really good, but the service was disappointing.
I stopped in the shop after driving by it many times, it was lovely. We had cake donuts and a cigar cookie both were very good, but the powdered cake donut was 10/10. I then ordered a custom cake and myself and my guests absolutely loved it. Tasted great and everyone is always so nice inside!
I got an Apple Cream Cheese Danish, Raised Glazed Donut, Mankato Butter Bar, Tea Cake, Cinnamon Roll and Maple Pecan Danish. Everything tasted just as good as they looked but the Butter Bar really surprised me the most. I also really liked the Cinnamon Roll too, they put cream cheese in it which is very different!
