First time was horrible I had them done by the man he was extremely rough and they only lasted a week.i was hesitate to come back my coworker highly recommended. I came back today I can’t remember the older lady’s name but she did my lashes perfect, she was gentle and communicated well and I will be returning now.
This place gave me a bad experience, I went on a Wednesday and by Saturday all the lashes was falling off. I went in on that Monday remind they close on Sunday and had to pay 40.00 for a bad lash tech. Don’t waste your time or money
Visited this location bc the one I usually go to was filled. They assigned me to someone who is still learning, he was kind but I got up with a hair full of lashes. It turned out nice after an adjustment but brushing dozens of lashes out of my freshly curled hair was not very pleasant. Please be mindful of first impressions they are lasting. Please don’t use the customers head as a place to hold the lashes. lol
Update, more than half my lashes fell out within 5 days when I called to tell them about it the person tells me I would need to pay for a one week refill because it is beyond 3 days !! And we just had a hurricane with majority of everyone’s electricity out. Honestly I am very disappointed with this location.
I went to location I normally go to today to have the fix my lashes and even though they charged me for a two week refill because I was told they are not the location that is responsible for the mess up. To save myself any more hard feelings I paid the money and go them done again. I am very disappointed with the entire experience.
I love this place first of all been a customer for over a year now and it's the ONLY place I go to get my lashes done. Tiffany is the one who usually does my lashes and eyebrows ???? I highly recommend this place
I had to find a new eyelahsh tech and found A&B near my house. They are reasonably priced, friendly and quick! I saw David. I will definitely be going back again
I been going to this place for all 2024. Recommend Mia, she does a good job. My lashes last 3+ weeks with good maintenance.
I’ve been coming here for years back when it use to be Lash By Michelle. My lashes always last a month and they do such a great job! It’s the reason I still drive over 40 mins every time. Vivian and Kristal are the lash techs you should stick with.
Very pleased with my lashes. Vivian does really good. I will be back.
