Yeah, I didn’t check the reviews. I was working late needed a place to crash that was affordable. I was like nice 55 dollars. Not worth it. Besides having a bathroom you’re better off sleeping in your car. I couldn’t sleep all night. I felt itchy and dirty. The first room they gave me the bed was undone and told them and than they gave me this room. This is the worst experience ever!! As soon as it’s daylight I’m heading home.

this started off great, we got in late but they were amazing and let us check in past the latest time they allow check in… we both worked then left vegas to drive 8 hours down here…we get to the room ready to relax as we had a wedding the next day…trying to ignore the weird mfs that are pacing out in the parking lot…not even 5 minutes later there are people (the weird mfs i just mentioned) outside fighting, yelling, throwing liquor bottles, bashing someone’s car…it was very uncomfortable as it was happening right outside our room….this was an issue as the locks on the doors were janky…i did NOT feel safe..the window in the bathroom was also unlocked upon arrival and easily opened from the outside it had no screen on it either…on the first floor.
it all calms down and we go to bed, no issues…like i said we had a wedding the next day so waking up that morning we went to a family member’s hotel to get ready as i didn’t feel comfortable at this property.
fast forward toward the end of getting ready i started to feel itchy on my legs and didn’t think much of it just ignored it... BAD IDEA…went to breakfast…same thing….we get to the wedding and i was so itchy i finally look at my legs cause i was literally SO DAMN ITCHY, turns out i was bitten up all over the backs of my thighs…i probably have about 15 bites on both of my legs right now…after the wedding we tried calling 5 times….NO ANSWER.. we go down to the property and when telling the property staff about it we were asked why we didn’t say anything about the fight sooner…? and that they don’t have bed bugs…that the room we were in was new….i wish i had pictures because that room was FAR from new….the bathroom was the only decent part. this place is disgusting. we are currently at Tahoe Blue, the rooms are so much better just 7 minutes down the road…
and ofc NO REFUND “have to call back Monday to talk to the owner”
this is a JOKE. now my fiancé got very agitated and didn’t make the situation any better but he was pissed that they weren’t taking this seriously…we were met with protests that the rooms were clean and new…our fault for not checking the INSANE amount of bad reviews…last time i ever do that.
long story short find somewhere better, just spend the money and save yourself the problems.
The lady at front desk was friendly. Room was ok but needs alot of cleaning and maintenance. Shower hald tile coming off and they taped it with duck Tape. Shower curtains were moldy very moldy. I tried to talk to someone the next day and no one came to the desk but you can hear them in the back.
The lady was freindly but the bathroom insnt as good the curtain has mold and when you shower you feel all stuffy. I wouldn't recomend leaving electronics around a sight. Not a very comfortable enviornment. The lady who cleans get upset easily. The enviornment is not very trustable.
This room was horrible. It was 95 degrees out and the ice machine was broke. The air conditioner didn't work very well and was very loud. the carpet was so worn out leading into the bathroom that the tack strip was showing and I stepped on it and the nails went onto my foot and drew blood. When I got there, the toilet paper roll was 1/3 full and no extra in room. Many other things were bad here but I think you get the idea
At check in the lady was super short and seemed pissed, but she was fairly friendly. Seems like an old place that’s just doing it the “way we always have”. Could use some renovation and air fresheners. But I’d stay here again TV works great and it’s in a perfect location.
Good location for hippies and drug addicts because its centrally located between whole foods and a dispensary.
Bad because owner has bad personal hygiene and pretends that she does not control the price increase on the weekend… one of these who “blames it on the website” as if the economics are decided by priceline and expedia…
77$ before tax for a dump on weekdays gouges to 2x prices once friday hits. Not sure why it shows 54 I will post a receipt later
Wont work with me to accept cash for a lower rate. I booked thru priceline and on arrival she said she did not see my reservation and put me in room 107 downstairs and on the main row of rooms aka the worst geographical spot on their property.
Very noisy all hours, daylight visible thru door crack and can hear conversations outside.
wet dog smell towels upon entry and a mildewy shower curtain covering a coffin size shower with no place to put any shampoo or soap.
Mattress smells vaguely of urine …
No way this should ever cost 175$/night!!
People must en masse boycott these type of business owners who feed on greedy price hikes. They dont put any of the money they are poaching off of tourists/rich kids into upkeep of the property or their personal hygiene.
