My first time coming to a 99 restaurant. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. Friendly service. The cook, Eric even came out to greet me.
We went there after an away high school soccer playoff game. We wanted something good and quick. It was after 9 pm, so the wait staff was also doing bartending duty at times. We were glad we stopped instead of driving 1 hr home on an empty stomach!
Buffalo dip was soupy and disgusting , chicken looked gray and rotten .Dont eat here
PHIL was our server and he is 5 star!!!! The restaurant itself could use a little better management but Phil really stepped up and made everything work. Thanks Phil!
I wanted to make sure that our server Philip gets proper recognition for all of his hard work. My family and I dined there last Wednesday and Philip seemed to be the only server working on our side. He was literally sweating and running around table to table, but still managed to provide great, fast and very personalized service. My question is- why was no one else helping him? I watched the other staff (manager, host and bartender) stand idly while Philip ran around alone. That is just not right. Please make sure Philip gets a big thank you for his excellent work and for carrying the whole restaurant on his back last Wednesday. I hope the rest of the team helps next time.
Lindsey is one of the best waitresses I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She was very friendly and had excellent recommendations. The stuffed shrimp was delicious.
First our waitress was horrible, she didn’t get our drinks, she messed up our order. Hair was in our food. We were asking for atleast more silverware and app she completely ignored us. Wait time for our food to come out was rediculous. Overall horrible experience .
This is my mother's favorite place. The food is always delicious and the service is great!
