I've got to say that I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered something that I was not happy with and asked if I could exchange it for something else. They happily obliged and did not charge me for the item even though they replaced it. I had no issues paying for food I had eaten. The server was very polite. The manager came out to check what was going on and apologized even though it absolutely was not their fault. The way they handled this situation was very professional. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone. By the way, their fries and Balsamic chicken were amazing! Thank you for handling this in such a way that made me want to return.
Went there for a birthday dinner with family and friends. This resturant is always clean, comfy and friendly. Our server was great and attentive. Food came out in good timing and was yummy. The mini desserts they have are a perfect little ending to a delicious meal!
Sirloin tips & Chicken tenders were so good. Was perfect with an ice cold Sam Adams.
The menu is seasonal. The waitress very nice. I have problem with restaurants being too hot or cold. I was comfortable. The man behind us b'day and staff sang to him in a very nice manner. Over all I like the change. I had Short Rib Tacos. Very good but the rice was cold. I never have good luck with sides lately. Always seem to pick the wrong one? Worth trip? I say yes.
Went to the other side of the restaurant due to a smell on the bar side. Hostess tried to seat Mt at a table with a significant amount of food under it. I wasn't having it and was seated elsewhere. Meal was good. Had the Chicken Parmesan. Be careful of you have sensitive teeth. It's soft inside but it's got a crunch. Waitress was extra smiley.good experience once I was seated
I had a very pleasant dinner with my family. Lori the server was very professional and made our large party at home. My burger was perfectly cooked and my kids food came very promptly. Thanks to the team for everything!
Willette's Optical Paradise Approved ????
Great restaurant! Food is good, we tried everything: appetizers, meat stakes, lobster rolls, deserts. Stayed at Motel next door, were suspicious to eat. But 99 exceeded our expectations. Nice place, great quality food, family like environment! Thanks to everyone running 99!
Went to this restaurant on a Friday night. We were given a wait time which was greater than the actual wait. The food was good and was brought to the table very hot. The best part of the meal was the server. Her name is Kate and she delivered a memorable experience. She was always near when we needed her and always had a smile on her face. I hope management knows how good she is. We will be back.
