Good service and comfortable sitting area, food is average. I tried the classic lobster roll which was on the seasonal menu. -1 for using straws all over the place for drinks and even water. Unnecessary in 2019, please save plastic and money by not using it!
Been visiting Holyoke Mall since 2010 and first time seeing 99 inside this mall. Everything was perfect and happy I chose to dine in here
Will never return here went with my two kids server Kristi decided my tip wasn’t generous enough an altered her tip on my cash out slip of course it cause my appearance she thought she could get over an take advantage of me not happening do not eat here these people are scammers and the gm is supporting all their actions stealing from people
All the staff are very caring and professional. Food is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place! Look for Gabriel as your server, he is very good.
Love the 99! Wish they had some down near my in NJ, but alas I visit when I'm back home in New England.
This location is in the Holyoke mall. Not usually a long wait, wait staff is friendly, and food is great. Everyone gets excited for the free popcorn bowls at your table.
I got the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint. There was an overload of fries, but all good. Yum yum yum!
Food was good, service was prompt despite location being a little lightly staffed. Steak cooked as ordered. No complaints, would be back to this location.

Host getting take out was great. The amount of food for cost was so disappointing. Got tips & fingers with Caesar Salad. Tips were delicious and cooked great. Chicken fingers were good took. To pay an up fee for thr salad with no cheese or croutons was disappointing. The container was so big that it looks like you get nothing for food. The tips and fingers just sliding around in a big clear container make it liiks like less then left overs and it was a $27 meal. Looked sad, tasted great. Didn't feel you got your money's worth.
