Great friendly fast service good prices great food! Hot fresh and delicious!
Ordered to go from this location and they forgot to put utensils in the bag and the Honey mustard crispy chicken salad only had 1 chicken finger in it cut up into 3 little pieces. I understand inflation but every other 99 gives you a normal serving. The 99 is usually great but I would avoid this location.
Avoid this 99 restaurant and opt for Charlestown. The drink service was irregular, with a weak first drink and an overly strong second. My chicken Caesar salad was incorrectly prepared without chicken, and the fried seafood platter lacked french fries. Notably, double onion rings are not available, despite the menu indicating they should be unless otherwise specified. They did not put my code in and promise me the manager will do it at the end of the night I'm not holding my breath I gave them the Code at the beginning of the meal so why do I have to wait until the end of the night until the manager does it which I don't believe they will
Great service and good food! I got the boneless fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was a little chewy on the end but not a big problem, was delicious. I asked for them to put garlic powder on my broccoli and they did it no problem. For dessert we got 2 cookie skillets. They were very very good but the only thing I didn't like was you could taste the cooking spray on the bottom of the cookie.
I forgot our servers name but he was very nice and has great customer service.

I ordered a takeout and asked for some extra dressing for my salad. The front lady (with glasses) told me she would have to charge me $1.99 for that. I never had to pay extra for dressing when I ate in, so I explained that to her and asked if she can confirm? She came back with extra dressing and told me they can provide the extra dressing for free this time but would need to charge extra next time. She was overall rude. Also how do you charge extra for a salad dressing? Would not be returning here.
We got a take out order from here tonight. 13 people which means over 250 and they missed one meal all together and got 1 wrong. Which would have been fine if they fixed it for us easily. Had to go back down and get a hard time from the manager for fixing it. Really. You should have driven over and fixed the meal for us. Won’t do that again. Too bad. We order out all the time.
I wish I could give it a 3.5, because Three seems a little mean. This place lives up to what I expect from it. Decent food, decent service, relatively economical pricing. I don't expect outstanding food or menu selections when I go here, that doesn't mean what they offer isn't fine. The exception to that, is that this restaurant has a very limited selection for vegetarians, unless you are willing to accept seafood options. Options. In this day and age, most restaurants are providing more plant-based menu options. This is the place I struggle the most to find something vegetarian, healthy and appealing, again with the exception of their seafood selections.
Ellen was our waitress and we had a GREAT LUNCH! We started with goldfever boneless then I had the Vermont burger. The food was excellent and the service was even better++++++++++++++ Pepsi not Coke, I’ll be back for the free ????!!
