I placed a to go order. I was told 15 minutes. I got there in 16. My food was in the back. I ordered half buffalo and half honey BBQ. To me, it seemed over cooked and was not freshly made. It was cold within the 5 minutes to get home and all buffalo with no honey BBQ. It looked like it had sat around and they threw a little extra sauce on it. A bit disappointed since food has always been good at this location.
Been years since I came to the 99. Was always 'so so' before, but this restaurant has really turned it around. Served greater us and we were sat within minutes of walking in. Drinks were ordered and came quick. Out of my first choice, but server made a great recommendation. Beers were cold. Entrees were placed and within 10 minutes came out. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a Honey BQQ Chicken wrap. Fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Both sandwiches were delicious. All around great experience! Will be coming back to this location for sure.
We went there with a group of 11. Waitress was really good very attentive and we had three little kids with us. Food was good as usual. Got to use a discount for joining their club. Price was reasonable

Standard fare for the 9s. Wait staff were friendly and the beer on tap was good. Balsamic chicken is pretty much my go to now. Sorry, I forgot to take photos of my meal.
Always a great experience at the 99! I bring my autistic brother here because he likes to eat right away and the popcorn helps him remain calm until dinners. Great food , great prices, and great service. The Balsamic Chicken dinner is one of my favorites. We also got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese which was just okay and the baked haddock was very good as well. Please bring back the bread and butter!
When did you guys start salting your french fries before bringing them to the customer? For those of us who need to watch our sodium, please state that in the menu or tell your servers to tell customers. I ordered the honey barbecue wrap with fries and the kitchen was heavy handed with the salt. I then got an order of unsalted french fries. The wrap was way too spicy as well as dry. Thank goodness I got a dressing in the side to dip. My server was excellent and very nice
Had the Chopped Sirloin, as usual, and it was as great as ever. I actually think this is THE BEST steak out there. It's so tender that you don't even need a knife!!
I love their food, but I have encountered a challenge several times when I call their number to talk to them and NO ONE PICKS THE PHONE. NOW THEY CHARGED MY CARD X3 NOT INTENTIONALLY AM SURE, BUT AM TRYING TO GET TO THEM NO ONE RESPONDS TO ME. meaning that I have to find time on my busy schedule to go en talk to them in person. Soo annoying!! As if I committed a crime to buy their food!! Previously I ordered food and it was not delivered and they charged my card, I called them several times but in vain!! Customer care is zero % on this branch when you order online.
