Stopped in for a quick dinner, not much I can say about a chain restaurant the service was great the atmosphere was nice. Place was clean.
My friend and I sat in the bar area. It was trivia night. We didn't officially participate, but it was fun to hear the questions. Food and service were good.
This was me and hubby first time was heading to Yankee candle and saw 99 first we were greeted with a smile and hostess had great attitude! Are waitress name was ema omg she was fabulous! Very professional and positive attitude she made sure everything was good with are food she even apologized for it was taken longer and always updated us! Easy to talk to food toke a bit but the manager Matt delivered are food hot and apologized for the wait and gave us a discount Matt was very professional and was helping out the waiter and waitress with bringing out meals and drinks that team work right there! He is a true manager! I hope these two people I mention get the credit they deserve staff like that is what keeps a business in business you guys see you soon!
Nice customer service but service lacking everything served at once. Main entrees done well, moist & flavorful shrimp, beef, and the mashed potatoes were tasty. What was disappointing is broccoli. Better coffee, the drinks are tasty & it's a family environment.
This latest visit was for celebrating my son's birthday, and he stated he wanted to go to 99 Restaurant. Service was great and the staff were friendly. Food was well prepared and hot. We were seated promptly and plenty of seating available. Will keep coming back here!!!
First visit to Mass. and found this gem. They serve popcorn as a free appetizer! The food was great and the servings were proportionate to what I enjoy (no leftovers!). Bar staff was very attentive as well.
Menu was enticing including items unique to New England. Family favorite is the Chicken Pot Pie with whole berry cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. This recent visit was disappointing. Mashed potatoes completely cold while the pie entree was moderately hot with several bits of rib bone in meat. This had followed upgrade to crock of broccoli soup which was lukewarm and rather unappealing on a chilly day. Salad had a piece of hair in it which we overlooked but was unpleasant. The complimentary popcorn is a bonus but excessively salty. Sweet tea was very good. Overall much less tasty than in previous visits. Server was kind but seemed to have forgotten we had dessert included on a few of the meals until we asked.
Nothing special. I think I was most happy about where we were seated. The booth/ table was high off the ground, so that was pretty cool. The salmon I ordered was dry and overcooked. However, my dad's steak tips were yummy!
